I ordered my food and went to the counter to pay. An employee was standing there with a blank expression on her face. I greeted her and she didnt say anything in return. She was fumbling with the printer on the register. Then she turned away, started grabbing things from inside the kitchen and returned, still ignoring me. I said hello again and she stuffed several sandwiches inside a large bag, grabbed a brownie a bag of chips, and two sodas (without paying) and left the store. The other employee was respectful though and filled my order. Neither had name tags, so thats also a no-no in the food industry.

My sandwich was good, but the service was horrible! I had never had Quiznos before, so I thought Id stop in today for lunch. I came in and the three employees gave me a blank look like theyd never seen a customer before. I wasnt expecting a grand gesture, but a "hello" would have been nice,The girl making my sandwich was so rude, I told her I needed some time to look at the menu and she rolled her eyes, took off her gloves, and walked into the back. I understand that we all have bad days, but the service here was absolutely terrible and I felt completely unwelcome in the store.

Probably the only reason why I go to this Quiznos is because its the closest one to me, and because the quality of the food has always been good. If I were to rate this on Customer Service, it would be an F. I have been going here for years and their employees are exceptionally rude. In particular, Tracey (Long blonde haired lady who always braids her hair) is extremely impatient, very demanding- an all around no-no. She will not give you 2 seconds to look at the menu, she acts like she doesnt want to be there. If you hate your job so much, leave? Simple as that.

Excellent experince all in all. There was a young fellow just starting who took the order, who did a excellent job, even when I had to have a callback because I added on to my order and he had to have the manager figure out the total. The manager was very helpful and down to earth. My chef salad was very fresh and very tasty. What a good meal. Quiznos on Pearl street is a very good place to order from. Thank you Quiznos at Pearl Street in Thornton. Remember Pam, because she will be calling again.

Called this location about the very sub par sandwich. Was told that the manager and owner were there, No return call. Waited 4 days and still no return call. Called in today and the employee told me the manager said "they look at all the food prepared and it was made the way it should be.......????? Why dont you decide? 22.00 for 2 sandwiches. Last time I will ever go to a quiznos for sure. 1 Star rating Wish I could up load a picture I took. I posted the picture to my Page so you can see it!!

DELIVERY SUCKS MIN OF 15$ THAN A 3$ DELIVERY FEE LIKE WTF maybe do a 10$ minimum with a 2$ fee sucks when my meal was 11$ but i was forced to buy more than added 3$ so its now 20$ suckz for ur drivers no ones gunna wanna tip

Terrible they never delivered our food and wont answer the phone. We waited for longer than an hour and a half and we just got nothing. Worst place ever. Will never eat Quiznos again because of this experience.

I am a very picky eater and my orders have to be exactly what I ordered, and this place has got it right every single time. It always shows up in a reasonable amount of time as well, because they will deliver.

Went there twice during regular working hours and no one was around. First time there was a sign on the door that said be back in 15 and the second time the entire store was closed. This place is the worst.

We ordered from them for delivery, an hour and a half later we called and they were closed! We never even received our order! AND THEY CHARGED US STILL! Will never be ordering from them again! Outrageous!

Delivery is always speedy. They always tell me 45 min to be safe but its usually 20 mins. The food is always good. Im picky lol
