Ive been coming here at least once a week for the last two years. It was never perfect service, but always tolerable. Get some noodles and go, whatever. Lately its been bad enough that Im not going back. The wait times are longer, and of the last 4 times Ive eaten there, Ive had to go back each time for something they had forgotten to put in the bag, incorrectly charged me for, or otherwise. A lot of times they dont have enough inventory to make some of the menu options. Even if you ignore the fact the food is overpriced, its not even worth the wait anymore.

Ordered online over 45 minutes before the scheduled pickup, which was at 12:15pm. Waited in the store from 12:10-12:30pm before the food finally came out at 12:32. They didnt give me a coupon for making a $2 donation to feed the kids 20 meals until after I reminded the gentleman that brought the food out. Then when I finally open up my noodles, they got the order wrong! Hate to complain about people putting in a good days work, but when you continue to mess up, thats just a reflection of the company.

Was told that there wasnt any steak or shrimp. But I feel like maybe they just didnt want to cook it and create mess so they can just fly out once 9 came around, We arrived around close to 8. The only friendly worker was the one guy who took our order, The other 4 seemed to be disappointed we walked in. All in all it was not the greatest with barely any chicken being it was all they had. way to much onions so couldnt taste anything else

There was a huge ass leaf bug in my Pad Thai. It looked like it had been cooked in. I took a few bites and then realized it was there and was completely disgusted and when I went up to tell someone they just said they could make me another dish.. I feel like I should have been more rude about it and gotten a refund. No one seemed to care at all but it was super gross and idk if Ill ever be able to eat there again!

I have been coming to this location for the past few years. This noodles & company colfax has really gone downhill. The constantly give us less meal portions than any other noodles. The soup was less than half of normal portion and ice cold. Why didnt they offer me something else if they were out of supply. I feel disrespected as a customer.

I have been coming to this location since they open. Staff was great mgt was very respectful. This day was new staff and alot of talking was going on. Order was made food was cold the cook appeared over overwelmed. Food an meatballs were cold. No apologize was made by cook. Mgt handle problem yes will will return..thx mgt

Past employee at different location. Thought the food was fine. But the service was rude and slow. The staff was too busy talking to each other to pay attention to customers. I explained what i wanted to order and was corrected and told to order something else. Really unimpressed.

Came into this location at 901 after a full day of moving. Not only did they still serve us, but they did it with a smile. Ive worked in the service industry, and it sucks when people come in right at closing. The food was great. I well definitely come back.

Purchased a Japanese pan noodles to go, when I got home I found literally no sauce on them and none of the meat I ordered, I got cooked noodles and vegetables pathetic. Needless to say Ill never be coming back to this hole.

Straightforward noodles. I almost always get the Penne Rosa with parmesan chicken. Order some cheesy garlic bread to take it up a notch. They have the coke machines where you can mix your own flavor which is a plus!

Food was fine, but entire place smelled like chicken that had gone off. Mostly breathed through my mouth to avoid the stench. Normally would have left to find somewhere else to eat, but it was late and I was lazy.

The food is fine, but the lobby is always bizarrely unbussed. Like with no attempt to clean it even as the employees walk by. There is a fork on the floor next to me. It is weird.

Its a higher end fast food chain. Above average food definitely. Outdoor seating isnt kept very clean but it is a nice dog friendly option. Plan on eating here somewhat often.
