We LOVE Firehouse Subs! Our kids suggested Subway, then we remembered we hadnt yet tried Firehouse. We LOVE the hot sandwich choices. The meatball sub had delicious meatballs and sauce, tons of cheese. I had the brisket and cheddar - tasty, smoky flavor! My youngest had a grilled cheese kids meal - generous size, grilled nicely, cheesy. We loved it so much after eating there yesterday, we ordered to go today for lunch again! Today I had the cheese steak, and it was better than one I had at a cheese steak place! In all, weve tried the meatball, brisket, Hero, Italian, Turkey Bacon Ranch, cheese steak and Siracha Beef, and there are more choices we want to try. We had no problems with service. Sure, we had to wait a few minutes...because they were making 5 hot sandwiches for us, but it wasnt unreasonably slow or anything. We are sold - well definitely be going back.

We hardly review places becus we find it to be a decent spot. Unfortunately this place was really bad. It took almost an hour to get 5 sandwiches out and there was a few items missing that we had ordered on them. While we were waiting for the food, one of the cooks was eating the food that was being prepped on the sandwhiches. Which is disgusting. Im sure if she would have asked to take a breather to eat they would have let her. To make it worse, she had coughed on an order that was a dine in. It was my first time at Firehouse and i had heard great things but never again will we go.

Crazy long wait for a simple order, which I later found to be completely wrong. Quality was pretty terrible, especially for the price. Guys making the orders seemed pretty incompetent. Apparently this chain was started by firefighters? Im thinking they should stick to fighting fires.

Spent a lot of time draining sub I appreciate a good sub with dressing, bit not swamped, the bun was soaked thru before I even got it. They would have gotten more stars but the off duty employee in the blue shorts spitting into the trash can several times made it difficult to eat.

The past 2 times Ive came here it took 25 minutes to get my food to go. The girl making my food was rude and had no sense of urgency and did not apologize for my wait. They had the 2 people who ordered after me out before me and I only had 2 sandwiches. Poor customer service.

This place is fast accurate and fresh even when they are busy. I went in there on lunch rush with my boss to get lunch for the shop. Even though the place was packed and we order a decent amount of food they remained friendly the food was fresh and the order was correct.

Pretty good food, but too slow. They arent in any hurry either. Had to justify going here after work if 2 people make a 20 minute line. If they were faster if give them 4 or 5 stars. Hope they get their stuff together before they go broke. High hopes though.

OK staff here and decent sandwiches. I like the Coke freestyle machine. Used to be easier to get to before the strip mall started filling up. Overall a decent sandwich and better than having to drive all the way to Lafayette.

Love the food, dislike the service. They dont even say "Welcome to Firehouse!" When you come in the door. And they take a really long time to make a sandwich. I will still eat firehouse subs, just at a different location.

These subs are amazing. We also had a big company order that was fulfilled quickly and pretty accurate! I would recommend this place if you havent been yet! Take the jump, you wont be disappointed!

Overall I love firehouse subs, but I wouldnt recommend this location, especially when the general manager is around! She is incredibly rude not only to customers but her employees as well.
