Went into drive thru waiting 5 minutes with noone coming on the speaker at all. Then went to go to the window was waiting about 10 minutes for the person in front of us. Find out the person on headset wasnt even wearing the headset to know cars were in the drive thru. We go inside and it takes another 5 minutes to get our order taken. There were no straws, guys give us the two we needs then goes outside without filling up the straws for the lobby. The only good thing in this experience was our cheese curds we got were hot and fresh.

Worst place to get food from. Every time we go our food is never fresh! Youd think itd be fresh if you have to wait 10-15 minutes in the drive thru for yourborder! Everytime I go I have to pull out of the drive through to wait for my two A6 orders to be brought out. And to add a cherry on top I get home today to eat my burger and it has two bottom buns. There is a reason these people work fast food and yet they still cant get it right. Never going back again!

Came here to get one root beer float. Drive through took over 15 minutes. To top it off when I was next in line I watched the young guy with brown dreads that worked the drive-thru litterally put one of his dreads in the persons shake to the point he had ice cream in his hair. Im pretty sure if a women working a drive-thru needs to wear a hair net, so should a male with dreads past his shoulder.

Love their root beer! And, when you combine KFC (offered in the same facility) with A&W root beer... what a treat! Pleasant and efficient staff.
