A previous reviewer says that all the workers at this Taco Bell are Mexican and dont speak English. That is a load of crap. I have been patronizing this TB since it opened a few years ago. They have a good number of Hispanics, but I speak Spanish FLUENTLY and I have never found myself having to explain anything to them in Spanish because they couldnt understand. However, this taco bell drive thru is sometimes SO slow, that its good you are trapped in the drive thru lane, even if you have a truck, otherwise there would have been several times I would have left. The LCD they use for order verification, never works, and now just recently I noticed their little "pay this amount" display at the drive thru window, is gone. Stepping backwards, imo.

TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!! The last 3 times that I have been to this location they have left me feeling cheated and disgusted. The freeze machine apparently hasnt worked in alteast a month, and they have failed to make the simplest of orders without screwing it up. When I call to complain all i get is well if you want to drive back down here we can remake your order.Personally after an 11 hour day at work I dont want to go back out and go do more driving in traffic just because the employees cant seem to do their jobs right the first time. Biggest joke. Spent nearly a half hour in the drive through. Ten minutes waiting for the car in front of us to get their food. Well anyway about 30 seconds before the food comes out the window one of the teenagers on staff stuck his head out the window to gossip with the people in the car at the window. Then he take a hit of their hash pen... jus blatantly getting high while serving the drive through... what a joke. Jus drove away didnt even pay for our food that we waited 30 freakin minutes for....

Went here for lunch and there was a huge line when I walked inside. I noticed cars wrapped around the block. After i finally ordered, I was 143. They called the next order that was ready and it was only 122. They had a computer malfunction and they were completely paralyzed. It took me 30 minutes to get 3 tacos. Other customers were upset by the situation and having to wait so long.

Taco Bell Dayton Blvd in Red Bank,TN is terrible. Not one time have I gone in and got my order the way I ask. If it is correct it is extremely cold and nasty. No one should have to buy their food just to go home to warm it up. This is the absolute worst restraunt I have ever gone to. Something needs to be done about this specific location because it is ridiculous!!!!!!!

will never go back here again!!! spent a half an hour in the drive thru in the part i cant get out of and after spending $7 on 4 cinnabon delights, one potato burrito and a sweet tea(which in fact they messed up and gave me unsweet) i finally got throough.. this place is terrible plain and simple! these people are incompetent

I went there at 6:23 am one morning they said sorry for the inconvenience but we do not open till 6:30 am I was like ok thats fair I have to be at work at 6:30 am so hard for me to do but the next day I drove by and had to wait at the light and a pickup pulled on and they waited on him sorry consistency is a big deal to me

I have never had such bad service, the staff was rude and didnt listen when i was ordering. I had to repeat myself 3 times. The girls on staff were more interested in flirting with thw male employees that doing their job. I waited for over 20 min for my food and it was still done wrong. Not a satisfied customer.......

Morning staff is a hundred percent better than the afternoon and night staff plus the wait time is is the house big time at night staff the longest Ive ever waited on the morning time is 5 minutes the longest Ive waited on the night time is 25 minutes the morning to try in the night time

Terrible service every time I visit there. We came in at 3pm to order food and an employee ignored us to take our order and just clocked out right in front of us. they dont care about their customer service in the drive thru or lobby! Would highly recommend to not visit this location!

Mmmmmm I love taco bell! I dont normally rate fast food joints but the cashier, bianca, really stood out. She was very friendly and helpful! Most employees show their annoyance from their position but she stood out, made it a nice 2 min experience. Just wanted to recognize her again

Food always tastes fresh and good but everytime time I come here in the evening or at night the line is around the block and you wait well over a half hour before you get your food. One time I waited 45 mins just to get to the window to see all employees laughing and joking around.

The cashier was super slow and leaned against the counter like he couldnt stand up on his own. The line inside was so long it wasnt funny. The manager told another employee to go on break and dont help the cashier that he would have to figure it out himself. Wont be back!!!

Id be lying if I said that I was disappointed this location has always struggled with cleanliness of the eating area and friendliness of the stuff. But if you are on a tight budget Taco Bell is still one of the best places to eat fairly cheap.

Eating Breakfast with my Wife at this Taco Bell we both got the sausage breakfast grillers they were delious!! Everyone should try them!! Ist time we ate breakfast here so really recomend the dollar menu! Wish they served breakfast all day!!

11/2016 - slowest drive through ever. quit using drive through and went inside. slowest line ever. this store is always like this. UPDATE 4/2017 - they fixed it. drive through doesnt take twenty minutes any more. thank you Taco Bell!

Horrible Taco Bell - waited in the drive-thru line for over 40 minutes for 4 tacos and a drink. The worst part is that once you enter the drive-thru lane you are stuck, there is no way out and we were forced to wait.

They just apologized for a 20 to 25 minute wait for food. Thats after I waited 10 minutes in the drive through before going in. TOTALLY insane.....this is taco bell! Its just not that hard to make tacos....

The employees are very thorough and polite when taking orders. They have always gotten our orders correct and have been very quick getting us through the drive-thru line (<5 min). Generous with sauces.

Always takes forever to get food. The people making food dosent pay attention to what is being ordered and changes like no sauce extra cheese. Had to send my burrito bowl back 3 times still not right.
