horrible customer service. they messed up our order on a 3$ item. by the time we went home they were already closed. we went back another day, and mentioned it. we described the guy working that shift, he wasnt there this time. they asked if we called about it, we didnt. they were already closed so it wouldnt have made sense. they basically asked us a bunch of questions and were treating us like liars. they obviously didnt believe us and didnt want to give us the item that we had paid for previously. "the owner doesnt like it" we were told. if we were lying, it would have been about a more expensive item. at that point I was pissed. I told the guy to not even worry about it. he eventually said hed give it to us but was irritated. as was the other worker. basically we were both treated like liars and I left pissed. their food is ok, but nothing special. but their customer service was below the average and I will not be going there ever again. if you go there, its all good. just dont be surprised when THEY mess up your 3 item order, and eventually treat you like a liar/scammer/thief, and dont want to correct it. restaurants shouldnt put you in a bad mood. for that, theyre getting a 1.

This is def my fav taco shop! Everything ive ate there taste restaurant quality. Yummy breakfast burrito with added green chile and shredded beef. Chile Relleno with green chile, or the steak bravo AMAZING!!!! and There Churros are made perfect- everywhere else ive got there hard and old. here there fresh and crispy outside and moist inside .

This is the worst Mexican restaurant in have been to eating from a taco truck on East Colfax is fancier than this not to mention the food tastes like paper and the cups and silverware might be the same ones I ate from 4 years ago if I could give no stars I would! After my first bite into my carnitas burrito I knew I had made a mistake. There were pieces of dry, hard, crunchy pieces of meat and chewey, fatty pieces all in the same bite. My son had a beef taco and the meat in that tasted like dog food. Avoid this place at all costs.

Good food but always closed early, if youre hours are posted as open til 9 or 10 then please serve food until then. The last two times I tried to order I couldnt because they were ready to close half hour before closing. Going home hungry again, thanks.

I have been a customer for years, but today was the worst experience, ever! The food was poorly prepared and appeared to be leftovers. Over the years it has changed and we miss the original people who opened this establishment. They were the BEST!!

Is there a reason it take 30 minutes to get the food whether there are people or not a soul in site?... used to love this place now U have to pack a snack just for the time U wait to eat your dinner and there were 4 people in there !!!!

Best breakfast burrito Ive ever had. Get the bacon with green chili. The only problem here is that the wait is sometimes 20 minutes+ and its a drive through. The line can get ridiculously long. Hoping theyll figure that out soon.

They didnt ask me if I wanted red or green chilli, then I ordered deluxe. I got home for 10$ I got a red smothered bean and beef borrito no deluxe. A 3$ borrito at best
