This particular KFC almost seems to go out of their way to forget things in my order. Theyve forgotten salt (when Ive asked for salt and pepper...8 pepper packets, 0 salt); silverware and napkins; and today, they just apparently decided that I didnt need the mashed potatoes I paid for. True, my fault for not noticing, but when I pick up a meal for multiple people sometimes its hard to doublecheck everything right in the drivethrough. Im thinking next time, theyll ask if Id like my drink directly in my lap, or perhaps just give me a bag full of empty boxes. At this point, I wouldnt be surprised about anything. When I have discussions with people about why the minimal wage shouldnt be raised, Ill point to the handicapped employees at this particular KFC as a shining example of why thats a bad idea.

Worst "sandwich" I haveve ever come across in my life. I dont know if it was necessarily the workers fault or not. I said the same thing to them. It may have just been a bad piece of meat. Like bad quality control at the factory or something. But it was the hardest and most solid piece of rubber type of meat Ive ever come across. We went back for a refund and a worker was rude telling the manager we were complainers, in a bad tone. We got the refund but were treated like liars. Never going there again.

Savannah the manager was extremely rude, condisending, irregant, disrespectful and argumentative. I waited 20 mins for her to finally enknowledge me, she answered me with "what do you need" she argued with me, she didnt even try to hear me out, by far she is the WORST MANAGER there. She refused to give me further info on her district manager. She told me to Google it. I felt disrespected and luke if I was a burden for ordering food for my family. SHE NEEDS TO GO!

So this place is pretty gross from being clean. I actually watched someone handle money, then go straight to picking up biscuits with their bare hands. Upside, the prices are low as they save money by conserving water, paper towels, and soap! Expect to wait about 20 minutes for your food (average of 4 visits). I stopped going after witnessing the above.

I noticed the last review was 6 months ago, so I just wanted to let everyone know that this KFC is still terrible. Lets just say I was one of four in a 10 minute time frame that came in after going through the drive through to complain about missing items from their order. Also the the staff member taking my drive through order was terriblely rude.

Two different times I have been to this restaurant, once through the drive through, and once inside, service was very slow. The food is fine once it comes out, but it doesnt come out at fast food speed. I dont eat fast food a lot, so when I do, Im generally in a hurry, and having food take a long time is frustrating.

I got wings with broken bones and it wasnt the first time. Im talking sharp shards of bone in my mouth. Im tempted to go get more and turn them over to the health department. Disgusting and extremely dangerous. Imagine if a small child got one! They should be closed down as a health hazard.

I have tried this KFC several times and they never seem to have the chicken I want. I even have called in advance and placed my order and still had to wait for the food to be ready. The managers dont seem to care. I would not recommend this KFC at all. Now I go to the KFC on Washington.

Came in to get a couple large Root Beer Floats from the A&W menu and was pleasantly surprised they came down to 2$ each. They had them ready in a couple minutes and taste great! Had a friendly cashier as well, which is always a plus!

I payed $14 and change for two "kids meals" and a cheese curd. We did not get the "special prize" indicated on the menu and when asked they told me it was supposed to be Apple sauce but it had been discontinued.

Same as started above. Not only did the chicken taste like rubber, the soda wasnt even carbonated! will not return to this KFC. It was not worth the 35 minute wait >:(

Friendly service, good food, the chicken pot pie is incredible! The manager is very friendly and the staff is great! I recommend the root beer floats!
