Wish there was a negative star option. I could save some time and just copy and paste all the other negative reviews about this location. We were really in the mood for some Popeyes, it was Monday evening, around 7:00, I drove quite a way to get there. The kitchen staff was having a really freaking great time partying and laughing while they messed up my order. I got charged for a tender meal and got bone-in chicken. (Big surprise, tenders are more expensive.....) Even though it says right on the receipt, TENDERS. No offer of sauces, no napkins, no silverware. The chicken was dried out and cold, as though it had been sitting there for hours. So were the biscuits. I called the manager and she wanted me to DRIVE BACK TO THE STORE for them to, what? Spit on the tenders they didnt give me? Terrible, terrible service and product. Ruined our evening. I made a complaint to corporate and have not heard back but you can rest assured, Im going to be compensated. Popeyes, with all the money you spend on television ads, you would think that you would spend a little money and attention to your service and product! And in the slim chance that anyone that works at THIS location can actually read a review (doubtful), dont you take ANY pride in what you do? Or are you just slinking along in life, willing to do the very absolute least possible to get by until you can get government benefits.....? Yeah, Im angry.

I gave them one star because there is no way to give them no stars. Ordered two spicy breasts and a gallon of sweet tea. Got home and had unsweetened tea and non spicy breasts. Call and talked to the manager he told me " we dont have regular tea". No apology just bring it back and well get you the right stuff. Would I even dare?? I think they give their employees aptitude tests to see how stupid they can get. How hard is it to pull chicken from the correct basket or draw drinks from the correct container. Every time Popeyess make a mistake, and they have made several, they want me to be put out and return to get the right stuff. Well I was just there trying to get THE RIGHT STUFF and your the one who screwed the pooch not me. Why dont you drop what your doing and bring me the correct stuff. Use uber to bring it to me. Why do I need to waste my gas, miles on my car, waste my time because you SCREWED UP, not me. I wonder why they are rated two stars, Im surprised they rate that high.

The management should work on training their staff better. Not sure if its like this everyday but on the specific day that I went to this place I waited for 20 minutes at the drive thru for an answer before finally just driving and parking to go inside. Only to wait another 45 minutes to an hour just to place an order for food. It was busy at this location but the staff did not work well together at all to handle the influx and frequently forgot items for customers so the customers had to come back up to the counter only to further hold up the line repeatedly asking for things that the staff forgot to provide to them. Would not recommend this particular Popeyes location for any reason.

I wouldnt even give this restaurant even one star, but I have to so I can leave a review. Worst service, unfriendly, and unhelpful staff. We ordered our meals and was told that it would take a few minutes for the chicken to be made. Ten minutes later, still no meals, we are finally were told that the chicken would be ready in 15 minutes! We were on our way to the airport and didnt have time to wait. We asked for a refund and was told that they could not do it. I am contacting the corporate for our refund. I have never been to a popeyes before and because of this experience I will not return to any Popeyes. Very unhappy.

It is listed on basic search engines that they are open till 11pm, but management shuts it down when they please (I arrived before 10:30pm). I will never go back to another Popeyes. This is not the first time I have enjoyed poor customer service from this restaurant chain. The comments by the staff, when questioned about hours, were short and taken as rude. Management failed to try and explain, they just copt an attitude and dissmissed me, despite my questions about posted hours. Popeyes has permanently lost my business. I will be sure to pass it along, as an ASQ CQM/OE and trainer of ServSafe.

This place is pointless. I love Popeyes but this location is a joke. Never go here. I waited in the drive-through for 25 minutes before even ordering . Then when it was finally my turn to order nobody responded to me talking. I felt like an idiot. Then some little punk comes out and lets me know that the speaker is broken. I asked him if I could just come in the lobby because it was only 8 PM and he said they close their lobby early. Which is bull. I ended up leaving and going to Good Times down the street. Way better. I have never had a good experience here.

Best popeyes in town. The one up on sheridan is no good , so I always go out of my way to this one. Its very small so getting a seat at lunch time is hit and miss. Its in the old part of denver so if your a racist ypu may not like it. Then again ypu might its fun to watch the different array of people at the bus stop out front. The food is always good and the employs are friendly. My daughter and I eat here weekly , old location but good food and friendly people and you get a free show while you eat , the area is definatly full of stereo types so thats fun.

Let me start off buy saying that is will be the last time I ever eat Popeyes chicken I dont know who owns this restaurant that we went to but I feel sorry for them No paper towels in the bathrooms for one The fries were cold The chicken was cold They didnt have any catsup Theyre was three or four employees Three of them were taking turns caring for an infant It was a pretty unusual experience to say the least Normally I would of asked for a refund but I honestly didnt feel like arguing with these people

Very unprofessional and rude. My first time trying Popeyes and it sucked. The employees were rude and uninterested in taking our order, they lacked communication skills to tell us where our drinks were and when we went up to get the dipping sauce we clearly asked for when we ordered they gave us attitude, they also thought it would be appropriate to cuss up a storm while talking to eachother while customers were there. First time trying Popeyes and Ill never go there again. Get some good employees not bums

Worst. Experience. Ever. Three people stood around talking while one of them absentmindedly put the meals together. It took ten minutes, while they joked, laughed, and had a general good time. Tried to send us off without our drinks. When I got home, half the food was missing. No fries, and the shrimp and chicken were like jerky, cooked HOURS earlier. I tried to call the manager the next day, but surprise, surprise, nobody bothers answering the phone, either.
