Well first off I love popeyes chicken. I was in there today.before I pulled up in drive thru I was parked in lot using my phone. I noticed several ladies pull up wearing Popeye uniforms. When I finish phone call I noticed one of dropped a bag on ground. So I got out and picked it up made my order at drive up. When I got to window the lady didnt say welcome to Popeyes or nothing told me my total then I said were you driving black car she said yes I gave her bag to her she give me the dirtiest look never said thanks or nothing.I should have ran it over. I thought I was doing a good deed. And no I didnt ask for anything for free. Ill give them a 3 star for good chicken. I was there again today, 4/24/16 pull up to drive thru informed lady I had coupon she rudely cut me off and said spicy or mild no greeting of any kind, she then said what sides. No thank you or welcome to Popeyes. I didnt pick up order I just drove out. Also two employees were out front jump starting a car with there aprons on. One in mini cooper and a vw jetta. I watched them walk back inside I dont believe they even washed there hands. Disgusting place avoid.

The food was just OK. The reason why I will never go back is because I went there one evening and I was the only one in there and when I went up to the counter first thing that the manager said to me is "please excuse him (the young man who was behind the register) he is training." I told the young man "no worries we ALL have been there!!" The whole entire time I was ordering the manager was copping an attitude and totally belittling the gentleman behind the register who was just asking valid questions to the manager. I was totally disgusted by the way he was treating his new hire. I have been in management situations along with the food industry and I just could not understand how this gentleman had become a manager. He was just unbelievably rude to his employees and I left feeling so bad for this young man who is training. If I was him I wouldve quit that day because the way he was being treated with unacceptable. I really hope that that manager gets fired and I will not be returning back.

Avoid this location if you can. I use to go to this location all the time because it was close to home and a easy dinner pickup. It opened recently which was a little shaky but they are more consistent now. Just this location appears to charge you an additional fee just because of the location the restaurant is located. You pretty much have to pay double the tax on your order because this fee is suppose to cover the cost of repairs/roads in the area. Why was this pushed to the customers? It should be on the store. Luckily they have built many other restaurants in the area but if you. Of course they dont have this sign posted up until you pull up to the window to get your food. The owner of this location might as well tear down the place if they cant cover the cost them self. You can go to any other store/restaurant location in the area and not pay this fee. Edit: since going back the fee still exist but they lowered it to a few cents adds to the order.

My husband worked here its been a week since pay day and he still hasnt been played not to mention they didnt take his identification until the day he quit which initially you get that when you hire some one. They serve raw chicken after 4pm because they dump all the chicken in fryers so they dont have to cook anymore through out the night saving them cleaning. I dont like good poisoning and certain do not like to eat chicken raw. This location should be shut down!!!! Im not sure which is arose the employees/management or the food at this point! Not even good costumer service! Lucky Im even giving one star if I could Id give it -5/5 thank pop eyes! Instead of enjoying my time with 2 month out son Im spending regretful time on the toilet!

Bad as usual. I was stoked to see this 20 tender deal on the board as I was trying to feed 5 people so it would be perfect. When I got to the front and ordered it, I was told, "thats a promo from last month". Mind you, todays date is October 8th so this means their promos being advertised are over a week out of date. When I asked if they could honor it since it was on the board I was met with a resounding, "NOPE". So I ordered the regular bucket which had less chicken for more money. Im still waiting to get it..... its been 15 mins.

I used to work here and the GM (Mayra) would ask us for our cellphones so she could write reviews on this website LOL 5 stars to be exact, because she knows this place is going to hell. Dont believe me check out the review of Cliff McDowell who is a shift manager at this point, is the rude ass guy with the manbunn, and by the student Jared Rangel hahaha. the GM wrote those reviews for popeyes not to have a bad reputation, absolutely ridiculous. on top of that, they refuse to help you out with W2 tax documents. so Unprofessional

We placed our order at 6:15 and we did not receive our food until I went up to ask where our dinner was that was 20 mins after the fact. The manager was like I dont know. looked at our ticket and was like I really dont know. Then the lady before me was like I was here first and he would not help her.I had to tell him please help her she was here first. This was a mess no out side lights were on, by boyfriend fell hurt himself and this is the second time, we have experience This bad service. We wont be back.

I work super close to this Popeye location. When Im pressed for time I occasionally go there. On a positive note theyre mashed potatoes, biscuits and beans are good but the portion size is very small for the price. Its actually hard to find any meat on the chicken theres so much skin and batter. Its just a big crunchy greasy mess. I decided to try the jambalaya it was very disappointed. Very dry rice with chunks of dried chicken. Very poor quality food. Stay away stay alive.

Food is good but the service is really poor. They seem to always screw things up and miss items or get the order wrong. Also on more than one occasion I have had to pull around to the front of the store to pick up the rest of my order but they seem to forget Im out here so I have to go inside and remind them. Its nice to have a chicken place in such a convenient location I just wish they had a little bit better employees and management.

I typically love Popeyes. Every time Ive gone to this location the service is poor and the food is not fresh. The very last time I went we were at the drive thru window and watched the workers drop food on the floor, scoop it up, and put it in the bag to be walked out to a waiting vehicle. They made a sandwich that was the biggest sloppiest mess of a sandwich Ive ever seen. I wont be going back.
