I completely understand I was that a$$ hole who came in 10 mins before closing and its the night before Christmas but I asked polity for extra ranch. Come home, no ranch. No honey. No butter. No silverware. No napkins. I live in CO and I go home to South Dakota every once in a while and my favorite place is to stop by Popeyes before I leave since I cant find any near me. They atleast know what the hell theyre doing! I ask for extra anything and I dont have to re check my bag. Guess next time I give them benefit of the doubt. Makes me want to move back home. (Ive lived in Colorado since I was a kid.)

First Popeyes Ive ever seen that doesnt sell gallons of sweet tea. It is listed on the menu, but they dont sell it that way according to the folks behind the counter. So I decided to eat elsewhere. I think motivation may be the real issue. The people behind the counter are walking around back there eating. Im going to get ahold of corporate and ask a few questions.

Coleslaw tasted expired. Asked if I could switch for mashed potatoes and gravy, manager told me that it would need to be thrown away. I asked for Mashed potatoes and she told me I would have to pay, I pointed out it tasted soggy and expired, she claimed thats how it tasted I mentioned other Popeyes didnt taste that way. She refused to exchange.

The chicken is old-- been sitting quite a while, the kitchen is filthy dirty the Louisiana hot sauce packets stick together because theyre filthy, this place is over all nasty not like their other stores. The soda fountain is dirty and never gets cleaned and they gave me three Wings in a 5 piece meal

Waited over 15 minutes for chicken tenders at 11:45 am only to walk out and my order still not right once I got to my truck. Ridiculously Slow and unprofessional . This was my second try at this location and there wont be a third .

Why are you open if you are out of chicken!!!! Love Popeyes but why cant they get people to run and mange the stores. They are the worst out all the fast food chains .always out of everything ,extremely slow unbelievable....

Slow service and was served COLD food. Yep, they gave me a bowl of cold jambalya. Cold like just pulled out of the fridge cold, not even hey I tried to nuke it cold. Just all around cold.
