This Popeyes restaurant is absolutely disgusting. I love Popeyes Chicken and near my home their are a few that are excellent and great to buy chicken from. This place is an abomination. FIRE YOUR COOK!!!! It amazes me how someone can mess up Popeyes chicken if they just read direction and take the chicken out of the oil when the buzzer rings. I have never worked at Popeyes before, but even I know that. I am so upset that I spent $11.00 on lunch at this garbage hole. The staff are friendly but whoever is cooking the chicken needs to be fired. Get someone that WANTS to do his job. I have been there 2 times on 2 different occasions and it was still absolutely gross. Dont go to this Popeyes....

Waited 6 mins until someone took my order inside. No one was even in line. The employees walked around and talked instead of taking my order. The manager stared at me and did not offer to take my order. Then they had the nerve to give me the wrong food. Just for me to have the nastiest food ever. Chicken was dry with no meat on it. Sides were old and cold. Biscuits were hard as bricks. Disgusting never will i go back. This place just needs to shut down.

I pulled up to drive thru and right away the young man had an attitude when i placed my order he let out a loud sigh like i was an inconvience for him and i was not done ordering he kept say are you done then gave me my total and as i pulled up to window he was shaking his head and complaining about my order .and gave me my order .i will never go to crain highway popeyes again customer service sucks .

Its a fine Popeyes and it is convenient as it is often on my way home, but it is slooooowww! Especially on Tuesdays! But the manager here is a REALLY nice lady and its just her staff that seems to be frequently overwhelmed. But the food is good, hot and it is generally served with a smile! Especially if the manager is working the front end!

Went inside to place with my hubby to place his order. I only got a mardi gras cheese cake because I thought Hardees still sold chicken. Fyi they dont anymore. So needless to say I made the trip back to Popeyes. The black guy that helped us the first time around was super sweet, and thanks for the heads up on the cheese cake.

Webt through the drive-through and ordered tenders and none was ready so they told me to park and they would bring it out .. I sat in the car for 27 minutes waiting for food along with another lady ....than messed the orders up...save your time and go somewhere else...the service here SUCKS ... Very disappointed

Food was cold and piss poor tenders had no meat and the "spicy" tenders are blan and tasteless service was friendly but inexperienced combos dont include drinks and if you like hot sauce you cant get anymore heat than ketchup meat was dry and scrawny parking wasnt ideal but enough for their needs

Very disappointed I took my guest for a quick snack. Customer service was lacking. I was hoping to be able to eat the chicken pieces but they had so much hard crust on them that I couldnt chew them. One of the three pieces was crust only. I believe I wont go back there anymore.

Staff and service is great. Food not so much. And thats not to sham this specific building, I just find I dont generally like Popeyes too much. Gave it a chance, not a fan. (Also your spicy isnt spicy at ALL)
