This is a great place m. I would love to give it 5 stars but cannot!! The management there is lacking poorly. Especially the MOD Kayla or Kaylee whom I can tell is in clearly in a relationship with the actual manager or maybe even married because of how he defended her when I had a legitimate issue..Ive been going there 7 years as I live in Grant Ranch which is the neighborhood directly behind IHOP. The only service I have ever enjoyed there in the last 5 years is from a young lady named Jennifer Irey but she only works there now and again because she was in nursing school. But not she is back!! SERVICE BY JENNIFER IREY IS GREAT!!! MOD STILL SUCKS...aka Manager on duty

Will not be visiting again. Everyone including management were more concerned with cleaning (like they were about to close) then the guests. When I was using the womens restroom a gentleman that apparently didnt speak English came in to clean. It was very distracting to carry on a conversation with my children over the vacuum. In addition our waitress made no attempt to clear dirty dishes on out already crowded table. This was my second visit and I will not be returning.

The food is good, place is clean, people are friendly..... BUT!!! The girls that work there especially the blonde (she never smiles) really need too look for and use their hairbrush before they come to work, kinda makes u feel like she just climbed out of bed and came to work. Not good if u serve food Imho.

The quality is nothing like it used to be. Feels like the possible lowest quality that they can buy. The side salad even just came with two packets of dressing. The pancakes were tasteless and the sausage was tiny. The eggs were fine but nothing special. Writing IHOP off as a place to go.

I love working here and we have the best team! Unfortunately we are losing our extraordinary general manager Pedro. Its been a wonderful 9 years working for this man! The staff and Ihop are going to truly miss you and wish you nothing but the best!

I found a piece of plastic in my breakfast this morning. It looked like a corner to a plastic bag. I brought it to my waitresses attention. She acted like it was no bug deal. I wasnt charged for ny meal. O didnt even see or talk to a manager.

Went for breakfast at 8 am.. There was only one other customer in the building and we were still served cold food and cold coffee. Asked staff about the issue and the only reply received was " Can I get anything else for you? "

As far as IHops go this is one of the better ones. Service is pretty speedy. Food is always consistent. If youre trying to stop by an IHop in the area Id recommend this one before any of the others.

The food was good though I saw a hair in my omelette, told the waitress and she rudely asked me if I was sure the hair wasnt my own. She comped the meal, though her comment was quite rude!
