went in this morning to order breakfast To Go...... order was taken ( 9.02AM, but it took way too long!!! the whole time I was waiting nobody cared to ask me if I needed something? nobody cared to see me just standing there for over 15min!!! I was finally approached and asked as to which I replied im still waiting for my To Go order, she checked on it X2!! this whole time im in the front waiting! im listening to inn-appropriate conversations that should be kept to a low to themselves earshot away from customers!!! giggling and the whole time not one of them considered to ask me if I needed anything!!? Wow!!! smh, asst manager comes up I guess some type of smell is coming thru the vents! ( per his comment to his workers--- they are cleaning and removing old oil and it is causing this smell?) and proceeded to spray freshener around the front? still no " can I Help You " the lady that took my order finally came and handed me my food! NEVER ONCE DID SHE APOLOGIZE AND SAY HEY CUSTOMER IM SORRY YOUR FOOD IS LATE!! OH AND BY THE WAY IT WAS ALSO FREAKIN COLD!!!!! YES COLD!!!! In my attempt to now make it to work on time! I fail to open my bags and check my food!! im Assuming since it took them so long to get my food its at least decently warm/hot? Nope COLD!!!!! I then call back and ask to speak with a manager? which I get a "Max" im sorry IHop you need to better train your manager to take better care and attention to your Unhappy customers! so Un-professional ! made me repeat myself!! um are you sure you are the manager? I dont want "Free Food!" I want Good Service and I want to get what im Paying for!! Hot food and not Cold!!! so disappointing to get this type of service from IHOP and Un-professional Management!!!! I will not go back to IHop at 389 S Wadsworth Blvd, Lakewood Co, 80226 MAX-?MANAGER??? YOU REALLY NEED TO BRUSH UP ON YOUR CUSTOMER FRIENDLY TACTICS!! to the lady who brought my food, you need to be empathetic and apologize and MAKE SURE THE FOOD IS HOT!!! I dont think im wrong in asking what is fair!! No I did not get my food free! I dont care for free I care for Quality!!!

1 star for the place looking clean. We went on game day according to IHOP , our server was named William if you get this one leave or ask for someone else. The food came out 10 mins apart from each my wife got her food but mine took an extra 10 mins and it was cold assuming he forgot it. He took the syrup off our table so he can refill it? Why? I was using that never returned it. Drinks were slow thanks to a assistant manger holding up our server to watch Denver , while this is going on the assistant manager was screaming at the tv being overly loud and rude few people left because of it. I dont remember IHOP being a bar this is behaviour u see at a bar. The manager sees the same thing according to him Denver was playing and its not a big deal blew me off because I wasnt a Denver fan , I didnt decide to go to IHOP to watch the game wanted food and coffee not to be judged because I dont like Denver . I wouldnt recommend going on game day because of your not a Denver fan your a POS clearly .

This was my fist time coming to this IHOP. I was really excited. We came in party of 2. Told it was a 15 minute wait. OK cool. They called everyone else around us for the next 45 minutes. We didnt move from out spot not once. I finally got fed up and went up to the list they had with names and parties. My name was crossed off!!!! What the hell? And I told the hostess we have been waiting you called everyone else that came in after us. She tried to blame me saying "oh we called that name, nobody answered." I was like no way we have been sitting here for 45 minutes. She finally seated us right then and there. Took our waiter 10 minutes to get two Dr. Peppers. Never checked for refills. We kind of felt like we were being ignored. Finally got HALF of our order 20 minutes later. There wasnt a fork or spoon around. The bacon tastes microwaved. The eggs looked like they were sitting under a heat lamp too long. Hash browns are flavorless. The French toast was mediocre at best.

The restaurant manager Sherry is a horrible manager. From the time we walked in until the time we got our food almost an hour had passed. Our server Cody was absolutely amazing and went to bat for us even asking her to comp the kids chocolate milk because it had been so long. Our food took 38 minutes (yes we timed it) and he was constantly apologizing and checking on us while we waited. He was fantastic and deserves to be treated better than she did him. She is rude and made up excuses about why our food took so long. Started getting defensive when we complained and started getting snappy. Finally she let him give us dessert for free, but wouldnt allow him to give us enough for everyone. Seriously livid with the way she handled us and am not pleased with her service one bit. She should have her job taken and given to someone like Cody as he actually CARES about his service . If I could give her less than 1 star. I would. Despicable woman.

The service is bad. My family and I went to eat a late dinner at 7:00p.m. the place was empty with only five tables to serve. They put us in a booth that was dirty to begin with then second they brought out my daughters saladand no silverware. Our waitress was no where to be found so my daughter walked around until she found silverware on a table. Then they bring out the rest of the food and the butter on the top of our pancakes were incased in ice. When I asked the waitress she said oh we keep the butter in an ice bucket and walked away. My husbands eggs were runny and cold. It was just bad all around. It dont even deserve a one star. Still havent seen our waitress during this whole time as Im writing this review and been here one and a half hours.

I was just at this I hop, we were seated very quickly. However, my friend and I waited 15 min and no one came by to help us we watched 3 servers walk by and look at us and not one of them stopped. I have been here a few times thinking maybe itll get better because they havent been opened very long but nope service is still the same. As a server if you see someone new even if theyre not in your section you stop to see if they have been helped. By far the worst service I have gotten in a very long time. This problem has been occurring for months, my advice get a new manager that can train and assist their staff properly. I would have been fired on the spot for service like this and Im a manager

The staff was just hanging out most of the time and our waiter would only check on us once in a great while. He would often walk right past is and ask how other tables were doing. At one point, a group of staff members were hanging out toward the back loudly making jokes about customers and laughing. Even the food wasnt good. The onion rings were overcooked and tasted like the fries havent been cleaned in far too long. My eggs were supposed to be over medium, but werent even fully cooked. My spouse was supposed to have the potato, pepper, and onion hash, but was brought country potatoes instead. The food and service were both awful and I will not be returning to this location.
