Used to have great staff and service. Its gone rapidly downhill. Everytime im in this store, theyre out of bagels, invariably theres 3 staff members doing the same job, no one manning the register. Oh and my favorite - NO COFFEE!! When i tell the guy his reply was (I kid you not) "Well you could drink decaf, theres plenty of that" - which perhaps if i wanted decaf and had paid for decaf would be true. Better suggestion - dont argue with the customer, say "Oh im sorry, let me brew a fresh pot" - not that hard. Usually we drive a little further now to the far superior Einstens over at University.

This is easily the worst Einstein out of them all. Cold coffee. Slow service. Order is never right. Rude employees. I am reminded of why I drive 15 minutes out of the way to go to a different location. Awful experience every time. Update: made the mistake of going again and service was even worse. Cold coffee. Wrong order- not a custom order- and rude employees that dont care about the customer at all. I urge everyone to please avoid this place. Businesses like this should not be open anymore.

Unfortunately, these guys are slow as molasses and never get custom orders right. Custom orders seem to be challenging for any Einsteins I go to. The order taker gets it right, repeats it back, then they proceed to totally screw it up in the preparation area. Good quality food, but always disappointing customer service.

The first time they get your order wrong you can forgive, the second time they get your order wrong, you get annoyed the third time they get your order wrong you write a review on google. Love getting home with my breakfast and finding out that its not what I ordered or things are missing. Jus makes my day.

No smiles, no thank yous, no customer service from anyone of the 8 people working today. I felt like I was there just to annoy them. I love Einsteins and have been to many locations, but wont return here, although its my neighborhood.. it was really unpleasant!

This location is terrible. My stepdad was the VP of IT for Einsteins for a long time and this location was admittedly their worst. Terrible customer service, theyve gotten my order wrong multiple times and they take FOREVER to get a couple bagels done.

Waited 15 minutes for a bagel and cream cheese with 2 people in front of me. The staff had no idea how to work the register and the girl who made my bagel didnt wear gloves. Needless to say I threw it out and wont be coming back. Ew.

I honestly come here for bagels for my business weekly and I never have issues. The service is fast and if you come right after morning and lunch rush the selection is not as awesome but not empty. Still happily go back.

Everytime I go I have a bad experience. One time I asked for a plain bagel they said they were out yet there were a lot in the basket. The last time I went all my bagels were as flat as a pancake. Never going here again.

Lunchtime at 1230. No bagel dogs,no fruit, coupon didnt work on phone because of scanner. Wrong sandwich ! Eat here frequently,never this many problems.
