WORST restaurant to eat at. Frist of all, you do not get greeted upon arrival, second, they are short staffed, unproffesional and rude. Not to mention management!! Third, cleanliness of the bathroom and facility. After a long great night, my cousins and I decided to have some dinner with our babies and my son. Like I said upon arrival we were not greeted, and once we were seated we noticed they were short staffed. Needless to say we waited about one hour to receive our dinner. I noticed that the manager (or he appeared to be) was cleaning the table next to ours, so I had politely asked him to turn the heat on because all of us were cold and our food was getting cold due to the a/c. His response was a long pause, followed by a "umm......sure". As you can imagine, he did NOT turn on heat. The waiter was polite, but you can tell he was rushing to attend all of his tables on a timely manner. But our visit upon arrival till leave was HORRIBLE!!!! We, well at least I will not be going back. The owner of that establishment really needs to go in and do some serious adjustments starting from managment/staff to the cleanliness of the location.

My family and I have been sitting here for over an hour waiting for our food and its not even that busy in here. Our server only offered to get us drink refills AFTER we asked the hostess for help. Tables seated after us had their orders taken before us and every single table in our section has recieved their food already. We were the first table seated in this section. The customer service is ridiculous, a joke. UPDATE*** We spoke to the manager. Apparently they only had one cook tonight, since one called in sick. Thank you cook for not coming to work and making other people sick. However, that does not excuse the fact that our server took an hour to check on our table to see if we needed anything, or the fact that she took orders from and served 5 other tables in our section when we were there first. The manager took care of our meal for us, so it cost us nothing to eat this evening, but with the customer service from the server herself being what it was, it will probably be quite a while before we visit this location again.

Hey - What happened to your new waitress , Kim? My wife and I were in were in a few weeks ago for lunch, and we really appreciated the exceptional service Kim provided. She was friendly, out-going, and she really took the time to make us feel like we were valued customers! The last time that we came in for lunch, the staff wasnt nearly as personable as Kim. We could understand the cold pancakes, and eggs that were over cooked, because it was quite busy, What we couldnt understand was the way the server handled it, and made us feel like we were a huge inconvenience. I asked our server to please send a manager over to our table, the manager never showed up. We have been loyal customers to this restaurant, and we sure hope Kim hasnt gone away.

We stopped going to this one for the bad service 7 months ago and started to go to the one on 120th. We tried it again and service was worse than it ever has been. Took forever just to get our food ordered and almost walked out cause it took as long to get it. You can hear arguments in the back kitchen and manager was just letting things go. This was at 11pm and we were more amused how poorly ran this place was. As we were leaving we and other customers let the inbound customers know they may want to go some where else if they wanted to eat tonight and wanted good service. Too bad cause this place use to be good. Will never return. Will keep going to 120th even though its a further drive.

They really need to improve their customer service. I recently came in with my husband and sister, we were seated right away but then no-one bothered to ask us what we wanted to drink until we asked the host if our waitress knew we were sitting there, she was kind enough to get the drinks for us, a waitress never came to ask what we wanted to order and the host took our order and when we asked who our waitress was she said she did not know. The manager was watching this happen and never did he come up to us to apologize for the poor customer service we received. It was very frustrating. We felt completely ignored there. Next time we will just have to drive a little further to go to Dennys.

Horrible service!!! 10 minutes after we were seated (I noticed table was dirty) I had to get up and ask the hostess if someome was gonna help us at all, after 5 minutes the waitress gets to our table, we order a carafe of orange juice, crap was more water than juice and at this point I HAD TO SAY SOMETHING and I did and I dont think the waitress was really happy...(sorry I dont care I didnt came here for freebies). Please be advised if you want good service and good food go somewhere else this V.I is a joke and the worst part is that there was a manager that not gave a flying f. Worst place ever!!!

Apparently the reason it takes 15 minutes to get a kids ice water is because the server is new. You also have to explain the difference in menu options to the new staff as well. And the manager is not at all interested. Shell just reiterate that the server is new. You also dont get all the comes with said meal but you have to choose if you are willing to wait to get the right stuff of take it as is. I can only imagine what it would have been like if went during a rush. My husband wanted pie but was just brought the check so we let. Very disappointed.

Theres not much to say about the food, it was good, typical for a place like this, its not like we were there for gourmet food or anything. I must say the "California" skillet is pretty great, though. I just wanted to mention that our service was actually great. Lorey was our server and she was just the sweetest thing! She talked with our kids, joked around with us, and was very attentive to our needs. I will come to this place again and i will specifically ask to be seated in her section, regardless of the wait, thats how awesome she was.

Terrible service!!! Waited 10 minutes just to be seated. Then the manager came up, and said "Just the two of you? Lets go." No hello, nothing. The man was dressed like a slob! Food stains, shirt not tucked in on half his waist. We sat at the very dirty table. So we cleaned the table with the napkin that was left on the table, and waited another 10 minutes for the 2 old hags to finish arguing over who was going to help us. Pam lost the argument, and had to help us. At that point I was done, and we left.

We went to village in to try it out so when we finally got a table the server got our order and when he came back he left right away and it was hard to get his attention to get some things that we needed and when he gave us our food he just threw the check in the middle of our table like we were done he didnt check up on us just until we left the bathrooms were horrible and it was horrible service for the first time we went there
