STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Youre better off getting McDonalds across the street than dealing with rude people especially the lady who claims to be the MANAGER but acts like she hates her job and knows that she will be demoted down to table buster soon because shes already now doing drive thru so she doesnt have to care anymore! I just had a recent TERRIBLE experience at their drive thru that I had to drive off without actually finishing my order. She was rude in the get go but the worst part was when I asked her to substitute the regular fries that come with the meal to chicken fries. She then said they cant do that! WHAT?!?! I asked her why not and I said even if you charge me extra you still cant do it? She then continued to say "NO WE CANT DO THAT". Again, WHAT?!?! How in the world could you not do a simple and very mind you Ive done it before at another Burger King store request? It doesnt take a genius to know that all I wanted was to get rid of your nasty tasting fries (like cardboard) and switched it to chicken fries (which is not great either but a little better than your regular fries) and you charge me more for it?!?! IS THAT FREAKIN HARD??? Then I asked her to ask her manager if infact that simple request cant be done but she proudly told me that SHE WAS THE MANAGER! REALLY???? How can you be the manager and not capable of taking simple requests at the freakin drive thru? You clearly are not a good one! You clearly need a better order taker than yourself and do us all a favor hire somebody that is more competent than you so he/she can take your job that you are so proud of but youre at the drive thru window taking orders. hhhmmmpppp Manager your a@@! I will never go back to this Burger King ever again. Instead of them making money from me they got nothing just because of the chicken fries request that she didnt obviously want to do!

Unfortunately, Burger King monitors their drive thru times with a sensor at the drive thru windows and the store managers will curb a customer just to get them thru faster and tell the customer whatever lie they come up with as the reason why theyre being curbed. It doesnt matter to them if they lack in service or quality of food. I had basically stopped going here, but stopped today and sure enough, at 6:30am, with no cars behind me in line, I got curbed because the lady at the window couldnt figure out how to ring up their 2 for $4. She made up an excuse to curb me and I called her out. I understand, theyre just doing what theyve been instructed to do. This comes from managers who dont care about actual service. Its really a fault of the Burger King corporation itself. Its outdated. How embarrassing for them.

Ive given them a dozen chances in five years and Ive never had a hot hamburger from this place. I just spent twenty minutes in the drive thru with car on front of me and they messed up my order again. Reordered and thought they gave me a discount, got home opened the bag and shocker! Order was wrong again! Sandwich wasnt Luke warm...cold again. Good times, Sonic or Chicken Fila are it from now on, drive by this location. Update 5/31/17 made the same mistake again and went to this location on the way home. Placed an order whopper no cheese and attendant said "ohh great!" Over paid at window and attendant couldnt pretended to count my money but was too busy chatting with other employees to hear me. Got home and was food cold, onion rings dried out, and hamburger buns were Burnt. Into the trash it went.

This Burger King is close to my home, so I tried to give them repeated chances. To be quite frank, this is the slowest service I have received anywhere. It doesnt matter whether you go inside or if you go through the drive-thru. This Burger King gives fast-food a bad name, if thats possible. Through-out the 3 years that I have been coming here off and on, the staff have progressively gotten worse. They have no sense of urgency, they are often brash and rude with no attempt at being polite and courteous and they often get orders wrong. Granted, if I worked in fast food I probably wouldnt have the best attitude, but if I worked fast food, I probably wouldnt have any other options. I believe if youre going to do something, do it right.

First off took forever to acknowledge me at the drive thru. Then when I went to order they had no apple slices for the kids meals, couldnt make shakes because of the machine being down. Their 2 for $1 cookie machine light was on, but had NO cookies! Even after that I was still pretty chill. Until I got home and my kids meal was missing! The lady gave me the milk, but no nuggets or fries! This place is a joke! It was around 3:45 pm they werent even busy! I tried calling the store to see if I could get my money back for not getting my kids meal (I ran to the closest McDonalds) an guess what no answer, straight to busy signal. Burger King is not the king, theyre the village jester of fast food, Im taking my business elsewhere!

BUG IN MY FOOD!!! The lady seemed irritated that we were even here and kept saying, "Anything else?" before I could even finish then got mad because I asked my total. Im SO sorry I ruined your life by coming to your drive thru. Did I mention I didnt even get to pick my sodas for my three meals AND a dead bug sitting on top of my whopper when I opened it! This place is disgusting and filthy!! Visited this location in late April 2016 my fault for going again cause I think the lady recognized me from complaining lady time and added the bug to my food today 6/8/16 STILL horrible service!!

Waited in line for 5 minutes with only 1 customer in front of me. Ordered a #1 with cheese to go. Poor lady working was running around like crazy taking orders, filling orders and dealing with drive thru people while other worker took 10 minutes to empty 2 trash cans. Got my order on a tray not to go. Once I got to my destination no cheese on my burger and bun was crunchy (stale). Absolutely worst burger I have ever gotten!! Need some more workers that can actually focus on the customers and their orders so they are right and not running around like crazy!!

The current 1.8 star review is very accurate for this location. Odd that Yelp is not reflecting similar feedback - but I can attest this location is HORRIBLE. The inside is nice since it was remodeled fairly recently, but be prepared for 10-30 minute waits, incorrect orders, and horrible quality... I used to work near to this location and service was always terrible. If I visit when I am in the area now, still terrible. Has been poor for years and every time I think "lets see if they have improved" they only confirm the horrible reputation with me.

This place is horrible. 1. Horrible customer service. Employees with attitude. 2. Food not hot at all. Cold and re-microwaved food. 3. Trash can always full. 4. Table and floor not clean. 5. Takes forever for employee to take order. 6. Fountain drink machine either out of ice or out of softdrinks (soda). 7. Slow service. Only reason I go to this place is when I am running late after Post office visit near the Burgerking, I eat here. I told corporate office few times, and even filled the back of receipt survey. THEY NEVER CHANGED SINCE 2012.
