Soo I ordered 2 things and both were completely wrong one was that new Angus burger they advertise recently, it was supposed to have a sirloin or special patty in it but it had a jumbo beef patty it was supposed to have bacon but no bacon, no sauce or onions all it had was the beef patty lettuce cheese and tomato. So the worse part of it all was my spicy nacho chicken sandwich, which is made with 2 onion rings nachos cheese and jalapeños on a spicy crispy chicken patty with buttered sour dough bread. The only thing that was right about that sandwich was the chicken, instead of nacho cheese they put a slice of American cheese and jalapeños also on top of it all they add Sriracha sauce on it and not a single onion ring was on that sandwich. I used to work at this exact store so I know how things are supposed to be made but I dont know whats happening in that store now but looks like management issues. Oh and this was at 2 in the morning.

Well after waiting for 10 min for my food I decided to eat out side because the tables and counters were disgusting. I then watched vanilla ice go on his smoke break to the tacobell parking lot for a dope deal which I must say was the worse hand to hand transaction ever. My nephew gained a good lesson on what scumbags look like . I guess if he was slicker he wouldnt work at jack in the box

Everytime I go here they say they are cleaning the fryer and oven and cant cook any food... they told me the curly fries were frozen and thats why they couldnt sell them to me.. but arent they all frozen until you drop them in the fryer!?? In the same visit their computer crashed and couldnt process my payment. Took 30 mins to get a coffee and regular fries.

1 star is too high of a rating. The staff of this particular Jack In Box is some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. The food quality is poor, often cold and looks like it has been sitting for hours. Between the poor quality of food and the horrid customer service I wont be returning. This store gives the Jack In The Box Franchise a bad name.

We love how this place server more versions of burgers and chicken sandwiches than the traditional places. Food is always pretty fast and the staff at this location are pretty nice. Kind of a rad tad crew that are not very talkative but the place runs smoothly. Could be a little cleaner under the tables

food was quick and okay. every table sadly was very dirty and i had to whip it off myself while workers were busy talking to, i assume ,friends who came to visit. couldnt find any ketchup or any other sauce and had to ask for it. worst time i had there.

20 min wait they check with me three times to make sure they got my order right and still got it wrong. I guess its my fault for assuming that after the manager check my order it was going to be okay. Well next time Ill write it down for them.

So heres the thing, never eaten here, but I came late tonight to grab food after work and the staff had closed off the (24 hour) drive threw and was sitting outside, just not working....I have to imagine managers would not be happy.

I usually have a quiet visit, typically pretty clean as well. The food takes a little longer to get out than I would like however, but it is typically more fresh than you would find elsewhere.

This is the WORST Jack in the Box. Management sucks, staff, the customer service is total CRAP, and wait 15 minutes for a damn idea tea. I refuse to give them my business EVER again. 0 stars.

Ive had hit and miss experiences here. When its good, its very good and fresh (for fast food, anyways), but when its bad, expect to wait 15+ minutes for stale or cold food and warm beverages...

Slow, make sure to check your order. This place is closed after 10 even though the sign says 24/7 its not true. They put some pallets in the drive through so no one can go through.
