This location is relatively clean for an IHOP. The staff is friendly and you can tell that management is also involved on both sides of the dining room. The only thing is that they do have mechanical issues. For example sometimes the oven will be broken or the carbonater in the fountain is broken, but whats amazing is how the staff will fix the issue and make sure your satisfied.

This IHOP has the same menu as every other one, the service was fine and prices were decent. My issue with this place is it has no character. They have some decor on the walls, but I feel as though I spent my money at just another corporate location... Id feel better spending my money at another greasy spoon.

The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because the service was terrible! I had to ask the busser for drink refills. Our waitress took our order after 20 minutes and only came back to our table to give us the check. I was thankful for the rest of the staff doing jobs that arent theres.

There seems to have been a change at this restaurant in the last year or so for the worst. The last omelet I had there was oily, watery and taste like the eggs were fake. The trip before the eggs were cold and taste like it was made the day before. I would pass on this IHOP.

For a place made famous for pancakes, their pancakes lack for taste and quality. The service was slow, probably because our waiter smelled as if he took a smoke break between order and delivery. There are many better breakfast places for the same cost that are far superior.

We waited for 20 minutes for someone to take our drink order, and then it was over an hour before we got food. My daughter asked for salsa for her omelette, and she was done eating it before she got salsa. We sure wont be coming back.

Prices are ridiculous and the floors were disgusting. $9 for 4 pancakes or 2 crepes?? Aside from that, the staff was friendly and Heather our waitress was great! The food was good, not $9 good, but good nonetheless.

Its an IHOp. Good breakfasty foods at a reasonable price. Staff is friendly and I cant think of many other places with 4 different kinds of fancy syrup that you can mix and match at.
