Ive been going to Jack in the Box since I was a kid in CA. When I saw that they opened this Jack in the Box, it was great. Great service, friendly people, and not late fast food. Now Im sad to say that this place sucks now. Many times I dont go to the drive thru because they always mess up the orders. The drinks are missing, fries are not in the bags. My brother claim to them that they had some tacos missing and the employees didnt like that. When we got home, we saw that some of the tacos didnt even have meat and put only cheese and lettuce. Thats really ridiculous of them and honestly it is sad that it has gone down the drain the location. It used to be great, now its a joke.

I called in a gave caller my name and order and she gave me a total of 6.56. My husband arrived when the manager was locking the door. My husband was letting the manager know his name was lee and his wife called in the order. The manager stepped out and called my husband a liar. My husband kindly asked if he could pick it up through the drive thru. And the manager said hell no. My husband just got done working 2 shifts and was getting me and his grandson something to eat. Jack In the box should feel ashamed.

24 hr drive thru, my ass!! 8:59pm on a Sunday night, lIghts all still on, and have the nerve to yell, "Were closed!" and laugh. This place used to have great customer service and great food. Now every time my boyfriend, my kids and I go its like they go out of their way to be rude. I try over and over because I used to love Jack-n-the-Box and I refuse to go to McDonalds because its disgusting. I think Ive finally given up though. The manager needs to get a grip on his staff.

Waited forever for food when we left opened it bags realized they didnt put cheese on our burgers which we paid .50 extra each for it, then they didnt give us 4 tacos. So we turned around then the lady told us they arent supposed to have cheese which then I showed her our recipient I dont need to get attitude when you didnt do your job right. I dont recommend them at all rude and very slow!!

This Jack In The Box location should be re-edited to "open 24 hours-occasionally." Very misleading to claim they are open 24 hours, and saying "we are closed" upon showing up in their drive-thru after 10pm. Other than this ongoing issue, the food is well prepared and quite desiring. However, its completely unveiling when it is NOT opened.

They dont listen they gave me the wrong order they tried convincing me that I didnt know what I had order then they have the nerve to ask me if I want to reorder I said no Ill go across street to McDonalds and Im pretty sure I know what Im ordering when I go into a restaurant

Drove 25 minutes across the city to this "24 hour" location and it was closed. Judging by the comments here, this happens all the time. Why not just change your damn advertised hours to not say "open 24 hours" so this doesnt happen?

It says 24 hour drive through but only once have I been there after 9 and they have been open. So I guess the McDonalds across the street will get my business. Worse excuse for a Jack in the box I have ever been to.

Bad servive, they dont change out their gloves when reciving money and making orders, drop buns and pick them back up to serve and never have any of the sodas. Orders are incomplete at times
