Too bad ZERO stars is not an option. We went in for dinner at 5:30, and by 6:30, I had yet to receive my meal. The place was dead, a dozen tables at the max, yet the two waiters on staff were incapable of serving. Our waitress was ridiculous. I had to help myself to condiments she never brought, to go boxes, and would have refilled our water glasses had I seen the faucet. After waiting 20 minutes for a mis-made KIDs omelette to be redone for my son, I walked into the kitchen and asked for an apron to cook it myself. The blank-faced waitress blamed the cook for everything, meanwhile my husband and I, who both waited in the past, were of the opinion that she forgot to put our order in altogether, and passed all the blame to the cook. A family of 4, with two small kids, got up and left after waiting 15 minutes to even see a menu. The rest of the diners were mostly elderly, and hesitant to make a fuss, but after waiting their 50 minutes for food, finally started asking what was going on. Perhaps one could chalk it up to gross mismanagement, but I will never return to this location. Better off flipping pancakes in your own kitchen.

Very slow service. Cold undercooked food. Over easy eggs should have runny yolk but thoroughly cooked white. The white was runny and slimy, thats how you get salmonella poisoning. Sausage was mushy and slimy. Stuffed French toast must be frozen because it was straight cold in the middle. Asked for well done hash browns and got a barely browned lump of white warmed potatoes. Was afraid of repercussions if I sent the food back. On a positive note manager gave me a 20% discount, although I would have preferred he just took the cost of my meal off of the check since I barely touched the food. My husband was ok with his omelette though, just thought it was a little dry. The kids were happy enough with their pancakes and French toast.

No complaints with food or service. Although short staffed, our server Alice was kind, quick and considerate. Alice was the host, server and cashier not just for my family, but for multiple families as well. We didnt have a single problem or complaint, and my wife is nitpicky as heck. The manager Biram Ndiaye knows how to run that restaurant. He was out on the floor smiling, helping everyone and ensuring families were taken care of. This IHOP ran things faster than restaurants that are fully staffed. Something as simple as being served, cared for and quality food is so hard to come by these days but Im glad my family stopped at this IHOP and received excellent service and food. Keep it up!

We came when there was only 2-5 customers. Our pancake order was wrong and our biscuits and gravy was ice cold. The waiter was too busy chatting with everyone to check up on us. We needed refills but waiter kept forgetting as his mind was occupied on talking to everyone instead. Theres no excuse for this when its just us and 2-5 other customers. When my husband went up to the counter to pay, it took someone at least 10 minutes to come to the counter. The only one doing their job was the busboy as hes the one that told our waiter our food was up and that my husband was up at the counter to pay.

I was in town visiting my nephew. Me nd my family of went to this place the day before nd the food and service was good. This day unfortunately wasnt what I expected it to be. We get seated and waited exactly 15 to 20 mins before anyone came. My husband even got up and asked for some help with no help with that. As we sat there the whole time the waiters kept staring at us like they didnt want to help us. Also there was like 3 other familys that came in and got service before we did. So when we decided to leave thats when they wanted to help us. I was highly disappointed.

CLOSED? The waitress that answered the phone, answered with that greeting. I replied with "I thought you were 24 hours". She then stated that they were too booked up. At this time we pulled in the parking lot. 3 cisterns inside. Only been here twice. The first time, they didnt put the fruit on the French toast that we ordered. Which was the whole reason we went. Very dissatisfied. I will never go to IHOP again. Apparently they dont want paying customers anyhow

Stopped in this morning because I had a crazy craving for pancakes. We (party of 2) were sat immediately which was nice. Our waiter, Rene, took our drink orders and disappeared. We sat for 15 minutes waiting on drinks. When we finally were able to flag him down to ask about our drinks and to order he asked us if we wanted our drinks or if we wanted to order. He then threw his hands up and said Ill just grab your drinks. Needless to say, we walked out.

Service and waitress was good. Pancakes from the International House Of Pancakes though were pretty bad. My first batch was cold and the butter was frozen and then my fiancés pancakes came apart from top to bottom. Just terrible. It was nice to see the manager who we spoke with go to the kitchen and throw on an apron. Came all the way from Texas for great pancakes and that didnt happen for me. Wont be coming backs

I went in to eat breakfast at about 11 AM about an hour later our food came out on my plate was about three hairs so I decided not to eat and waited for the check after another hour of waiting nobody has come to give us the check so we went up to the front and told them about how are breakfast was and they gave us a discount of only 1 dollar. Dont eat there find somewhere else to eat!

Came here with a friend last night and the waitress took our orders. About 20 minutes or so goes by and were still waiting patiently. Mind you, we were the only customers in at this time, and we still havent gotten our food. I tell the waitress to cancel our order and would like a refund! She then gives an attitude and comes to find out, the cook took it upon himself to take a break

With a party of 7, we went to IHOP on a Sunday morning, 10AM and no line. Food was served quickly and it tasted great. I think they have changed the menu recently because I had French Peaches Brioche which is not something I remember from 2010. I also left my phone in the restaurant and had no problem getting it back. IHOP rocks!

Thank God for these guys. They were our saving grace for a nice, simple Christmas dinner. Were from out of town and didnt have any place to go for dinner on the 25th of December. The meal was generous and tasty. Steve, our waiter was very prompt and courteous to our needs during the entire meal. Well be coming back!!! Thanks iHop.

I wont recomment this location. Wait time for to go = 45 mins Even though my husband told them that I after surgery is lying in car outside ihop. It took them 45 mins to deliver when they said that it will take 10 mins to deliver. The order was made at 11:07AM and delivered at 11:50. If you dont have staff than let the customer know.
