Good food, VERY BAD customer service, I usually went to this location, I have enjoyed the food with my family, but the last time we visited it, I was charged twice, it has been almost a month and their Regional Manager(or so) Ignacio Garcia, only has overwhelmed me with the complexity of their organization (something that I dont care), but my money hasnt come back to my account, this guy is also a liar, he told me that the finance department had sent me a check to my home, but, it never happened. Today, I called him again and he changed his mind, this time he told that I should have received a letter explaining me, that I was charged twice but I also received a refund(which didnt happen), this looks to me, like I wont have my money back, now I will go to the bank to try with them. My advice, be mindful next time you visit them, that they could do the same thing to you.

Horrible. No vayan. Los que despachan son unos mocosos que no saben lo que hacen. Espere 35 por 10 gorritos y solo tenían una mesa antes que nosotros. Las gorritos que me dieron ya estaban frías. Lo único que tienen que hacer es llenar las gorritos y ni eso hacen bien eviten este lugar

Clean with plenty of sitting. The menu is not very clear as to how to order. The staff is kind of dry, but they accept credit cards. Definitely not your grandmothers gorditas, but gets pretty close. Not fried which is how the authentic gordita need to be. Their picadillo was good needs a little more flavor. The bottle salsas are not spicy, although seems stands in San Antonio. Recommended if your mom is not near to make you gorditas, this place can substitute for a short period of time.

Los empleados que hacen las gorditas estan cada rato en sus celulares y los celulares estan llenos de microbios y asi siguen tocando la comida.. eso no me parece nada bien.

Food is always good thats why I come here once in while. They need More help on the floor to keep tables clean and ready. Needs to insure that napkins and utensils are always stocked. Never see any management visibility. I will come back in hopes to be surprised. Please take this as constructive criticism, I was in this business before and understand all that comes with meeting expectations.

FAST FOOD GORDITAS! Disgusting & small. Watery beans, microwave rice, this was the worst GORDITA experience I have EVER had!! The carnita with salsa verde tastes gross & the picadillo meat was still red like not cooked all the way. DONT GO THERE!! If ur expecting a GORDITA like during Fiesta, U will b disappointed .i had to rate 1 star because it wouldnt let me put zero stars!

Went here for a late lunch and the service was awesome and FAST. Employees were friendly, helpful and courteous. The food was very good for the price. Also, the space was very clean and comfortable. Dont forget to tip! You wont regret it! I tipped 50% and was treated like their favorite customer. Definitely going back. The rajas con queso was to-die-for.

Me and my coworker go here for lunch ! THIS PLACE IS AMAZING . i wish i could give it 10 stars , i belive hes the manager (Ignacio) is super friendly . I can tell they really care about customer satisfaction here , the gorditas are terrific and extremely affordable . Also dont pass up the desert gorditas , there so yummy .

Me and my family where looking for a cheap restaurant to eat (we are from houston tx) and we happened to find this place. There gorditas are good and the place is clean. We bought the family pack and it fed 6 persons. The chicharron with salsa verda are the best!!! Im going back in my next visit to San antonio.

Great quality food and taste that is genuine Mexico. You can take you from a guy who is born and raised in Mexico that this place is legit. It doesnt make you feel all bad like the rest of the Mexican places. I think thats because of food that they make is quality food and not greasy.

The food is good but the cleaning is horrible. I asked somebody who works there and they said that everybody was busy that nobody can clean it. At the end I had to clean for my self and when I was eating nobody cleaned the tables and people just say there with the mess in the table

Dont get any options for gorditas since I moved away from mexico, so it is a delight to know this place is at arms reach. Good food, with plenty of options to choose from. Kids options as well. Good prices. you will leave happy and with little deficit to your finances.

Great stop for their signature dishes! Although the place is very small and crowded though, not good for claustrophobic people, and the restrooms were very small and slightly sticky everywhere you stepped. Add a fwe more rooms and this place would hit a sales boom!

Wonderful food and wonderful people! The chiccarones and salsa verde were very good as was the nopalitos, brisket....really its all good. Low key, clean establishment. Real kid friendly. Gets crowded on the weekends. Definitely recommend it.

I ordered four of the gorditas and the lady at the counter was eating her and said I for aint enough I bet youre going to come back for more. And I may not have come back for more of that sitting but I did go back the next day for another six.

We were visiting San Antonio for the weekend,and definitely will try this place again,food was soo good and very inexpensive. We got 15 gorditas,drinks & sides for about $25. Food is definitely authentic!! We need this place in Dallas!!!!:)

At alamo ranch...horrible. service sucked. This was on 02.07.16 walked in and seven people in the back...took them 10 min to ask us if we need something. There was only 3 people Im store and all seven of them talking and ignoring us.

Food is very good and nicely portioned and affordable, so you can get lots of different stuff for a good price. If youre a germophobe, the bathroom and cleanliness is standard fare so maybe dont use the bathroom if you mind that.
