Pretty terrible experience. There was only one waitress and she was so frantic over maybe 4 tables including ours. She would walk away as I was responding or speaking to her. She acted like she was so winded and so busy again over maybe 4 tables. We got our food at a good time and the food was good and that is the only reason it gets two stars. The waitress then would not stop looking at my girlfriend writing down her tip and was responding to the conversation me and her were having. My girlfriend is also now in bed after throwing up many times from food poisoning from the possible expired pancakes. Terrible just terrible.

In general, this is a mass retail, "fast food" restaurant. With that in mind, expectations should be set that high. Food usually comes out right, but they love to over cook bacon. The staff is... well... bleh, but expected for this type of place. I would of gave 4 stars, but they lost one for that balloon artist who walks around. They interrupt your meal, while sweating everywhere, and proceed to convince you to let your kid get a balloon for a "tip". Dont have cash? They take cards.... ugh.

Some trucker called and asked if there was truck parking available and the manager said they could park in the little walmart lot directly behind the IHOP. 30 minutes later there was a tow driver chaining his rear wheels and demanding 150 bucks. Wyd? Why would IHOP say its ok if its not and then not talk to the tow driver about it. Screw this IHOP. The service sucks anyways.

Went in for breakfast this morning. We were seated very quickly and the waiter came over immediately. The food order was quick and accurate. The waiter never really came back and we were without drinks for half the meal. I also think its way over priced for what you get. $30 bucks for two omelettes and drinks is way too much.

No answer to call in an order. So, we sent a person to place an order in person. 4 tables seated, staff informed she was too busy to take a to go order. "We are too busy, You dont do my job, you dont know!" Courtney, Debra, or Danny need a clue! We all work in an ER.... Guess stress is what ya make of it...

Havent been to IHOP for some time, as my hubby and I werent too impressed with the food quality before. However, went 2 times this week, once for breakfast and once for lunch, the food was excellent and the service was spectacular. The cheeseburger omelette is awesome.

Bad meal had to send it back for not getting the order right, plus bacon undercooked, and hash browns just shy of burnt. This has always been a bad IHOP, but thought wed try again because we like a few of the servers. Not worth the badly cooked food.

Food was good but the waitress was so friendly and helpful. She was cheerful and it was early in the morning around 5am. We had just a river in town to look for housing from outta state. Great customer service here.

Its an IHOP. Conveniently located just south of the Castle Rock outlets. Youll get the breakfast food youre looking for at an easy-to-find, not-too-crowded location in central Castle Rock.
