Wow! NEVER EVER will I return to this location! JOANNA is a horrible manager. My boyfriend and I went through the drive -thru tonight. We ordered 2 meals and 1 order of bacon cheddar wedges with extra bacon and cheddar. We get to the window and pay. The manager gives us our order, but forgets our burgers and wedges. My boyfriend pulls into the parking lot and I get off to go get our order corrected. Well, come to find out they never made our burgers and the bacon cheddar wedges were a joke. The "extra" bacon and cheddar was nothing more than the normal amount. My boyfriend was upset. We asked for our money back and when the cashier, some kid with nasty hickies, told Joanna, the MOD, said "why? Im making their burgers! We had a 100 guests tonight." I let her know that it didnt matter, we wanted our money back. Not once did she apologize for her attitude and mistake. I could care less. She was just rude and ugly. How can you be in the service industry and have such an ugly attitude?! Mind you, were managers in the service industry and had just come off of our 14 hr shift and wanted to enjoy Jack in the Box. Thank you, Joanna, for ruining my night and my appetite for ever wanting to visit this location. You need to take a refresher course in people skills or get out of the service industry.

I went today, at 3pm on a Saturday with all of five other customers in the store. They got my order wrong in the drive through then, they charged me $2 for a large drink on a combo that shouldve been an up charge of $0.30 and I had to ask multiple employees to have it understood. I was in the drive though so I drove away with my food. Then I had to turn around because they gave me the wrong kind of fries. I decided to go inside this time. Where I saw only two other customers and one car in the drive through.. so no excuse of being busy. After waiting at the register for a while I was asked what I needed and told them I was missing a medium curly fry and I was given a fry that was sitting behind the manager. Some of these fries tasted like burnt onion rings. Some were normal but most were uncharacteristically tough and crunchy. It was crazy. Usually, I love jack in the box. Mostly for their fries. And after having to drive back, get out of the car and go in, I hoped for better service. Try another store if youre craving their fries. I should have.

This is thee most horrible place to go for something quick to eat. I wish I could give it a half star for the people working at night. Ive put the bad aside more than a few times and came back, just because everyone always has that bad day. But every time, seems to be after 6 it just goes to hell. Rude people in the drive through, food comes out dry, not what you ordered, just plain crap! I was literally served at least half day old fries, that were hard and chewy. And the woman tried telling me they were just made fresh. From now on Ill rather drive the extra few miles to 136th than waste time at this location.

Been going to this one for a little and i have complained on this estabilment mutipule time the night management is horrible they have horrible customers service skill catches attitude with customer cant take a order right i ask for extra sauce and they put none on it need to go back to get it redone the hamburger patties taste like there old and from a frige not freah and you thank the manager would help and be nice but she worse then her employes we ask he to fill our drinks becuse the soda maker on the lobby was off and she rolled her eye when we ask her. Also made my wife throw up

If I could give this less I would. Horrible experience. I waited 10 minutes just to get my order in and another 15 minutes for my food- or half my food I should say. They forgot half my order and what we did get was a cheeseburger/hockey puck. I couldnt in good conscience give it to my child. We threw it away and she ate the apples- the only think not prepared by this disgusting place. No apologies, the one lady that seemed to do all the work seemed overwhelmed and I felt bad for her, but she seemed to be the only one trying at all to do anything.

By far the rudest employees on the planet, cussing at customers and all!. They gave me the wrong order and the food was old not to forget and no receipt, and when I asked for one, the lady gave it to me with her name crossed off. She obviously didnt want me to know who she was because she didnt want to get in trouble for harassing me.. I have a problem every time I go there and at this point If it was the last food supply on earth, I would let myself starve to death. The management is a joke!

After having had a horrible day at work, I went to Jack in the Box. I was really down on life and ordered the sirloin cheeseburger. I sat down at a table and opened it. It was colorful, well put together, and looked exactly like the photo (no lie). Upon eating it, it was the best burger I have had in a very long time. The smiling employees, the delicious food, clean tables, and overall experience really helped to cheer me up. I will go back.

I went today before 12am I ordered 2 #7 and two large CURLY FRIES in return i got 2#7 and 1 large FRENCH FRIES instead of my Curly fries..my cheeseburger was sooo gross soo dry and the meat was hard ... Not even the chese was melted.. Im 26 weeks pregnant and having cravings about this place and getting food that i cant even eat it how I imagine it to be i give it 0 stars !!! Bad bad bad i wont ever come to this location again !!

I went there 10/15/14 person taking order thru driver thru was very rude interuping me only got to order a number 5 wanted that munchie meal but after number 5 she told me order than wouldnt talk anymore so I pull up to window ask if I can also get a munchie meal she says Ill have to pull around again Im the only one in the line then gives me no receipt Im never going back to this one I will not recommend it to anyone

We are from Nebraska, and we dont have Jack n the box, but a family friend took us, and we were so happy, we have huge order it came out very quickly, it was absolutely correct, the manager was on the register explained what everything was, and it was piping hot. The lobby was clean and neat, the restrooms are clean; it was terrific, we only wish we had one closer

That 4 for 4 deal is gross. Fries were stale for the second time. Ive only ate here twice. And the tacos were so flat and thin it was like a pancake with not so good meat or whatever was in between. Soda and burger were only thing i enjoyed so take that slogan about how your deal is better than Wendys and shove it! #fraudinthebox
