A few weeks ago I placed an order online for my husband to pick up on his way home. When he arrived home I noticed he was carrying a big dinner box. This was not what I had order. I immediately called Pizza Hut to try and resolve the issue, but was connected to the call center and told someone one from Potranco location would get in touch with me. After not receiving a call back within 30-45 minutes I called back to the call center. The representative at the call center said she would now transfer me to the store since a call back was already offered. I was then transferred to the location; however, after no one answered after about 30 minutes or so I hung up. The following morning I called back to the call center and asked to be transferred to the store. Dominick (GM) answered the called. I explained to him what had happen which then he questioned me about why my husband didnt bring the pizza back and what do I want him to do about it and so on. Long story short after getting absolutely no where with him I asked to speak with his boss Donna (DM). I spoke to her and when over the entire story again. She apologized and said that she would be applying a credit to my account (number). Tonight I went to place an order only to find out that there was NO CREDIT. It is truly upsetting that I had to go all the way up to the district manager for an issue that should have been resolved at the store level, and after going up to the district manager the problem is still not resolve.

The greeting was almost perfect. My father who is a veteran asked if they gave military discount and the waitress stated that they didnt. Her words were, "No, this franchise doesnt do any of that stuff." Even with that we stayed, we began to ask if they had any specials, again we received a no. They couldnt make any accommodations, such as substitutions, the waitress didnt even attempt to ask any manager. She simply said that they didnt have access to anything. I asked for a salad, since they didnt have a salad bar and they brought me one that was pre-made but thats fine. The issue was there was croutons in this salad and the croutons were like soaked bread. Since they had it in the freezer. My brother asked for a refill and waited bout 30 minutes for one, had to get up and go to the counter to ask for one to get a refill. Which just shows how long it was since they last checked on us. Mind you the restaurant was completely empty, just my family and I, which were a party of 5 adults and 1 kid. And we had the buffet, not much work for her but still didnt bother to check on us.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!! I waited 3 hours for my pizza I couldnt get in contact with anybody at the store I had to keep talking to the people in the call center and each time they claimed my pizza was in route. After calling again the fourth time my pizza was supposed to be delivered at 8:02 by 10:15 my pizza still had not been delivered. When I called back I was told my order has been cancelled after I had been told it was in route. I ask for a manager then I was told that my order has not been cancelled but for some reason it shows it was delivered then they said the order never got processed. I was told i did not have an order in the system, after i read the confirmation number from the email they magically found the order. Utter and complete confusion by a bunch of incompetent people. Finally, spoke with another manager who assured me they were replacing my order and I would get my pizza by 11:45. They had the nerve to offer a 20% discount for my inconvenience. What the hell?!?!!? No more pizza hut for us.

Have had bad experiences in the past, but tonight was the worst! Called in pick up order and was given a pickup time of 6:57. 30 minutes after promised pickup time, order still wasnt ready, so went to inquire. Nobody could tell me status, except she had seen one of my pizzas somewhere. Checked again at 45 minutes and still no order or update. After am hour, and after telling the manager-on-duty for the fourth time what my order was, I was informed that half my order was ready and the other half just went into the oven. I asked for my money back and went elsewhere. The place is a train wreck. Every last person in the kitchen was opening pizza boxes, there were no fewer than 6 people rotating at the register, and nobody doing order make-ready or quality control (obviously). Ive contacted Pizza Hut customer service about this location in the past - I dont think Ive ever had an order completely right here - but there have been no improvements. The pizza isnt worth the hassle when there are so many other options in the area.

Very Bad Customer service taking my order over the phone. If I can give them a 0 star I would !! They took my order over the phone and double charged my credit card since Saturday and today is Wednesday and still no money back into my account That I was charged over $38 dollars. I would expect this from a different pizza place but no Pizza Hut. I will never order from yall again !! 5 days and still nothing back on what your customer service people charged me for .. and manager from Potranco Rd . A lady manager stated she couldnt do anything because it had to do with the people from there service line .. So My bank is ready to talk to these people who are very un- professional who cant give me answers and to top it off they said it can take up to a couple of days to transfer my money back that they took without my authorization .. worst experience ever ..

The call center sucks ..Owners to pizza hut please note you are loosing business because of the of the call center from the agents answering the phones and the so called managers they have supervising those people...I try to give benefit of doubt sometimes but you cant help people who are stupid ..Im done I have told all my family and friends not to order from pizza hut anymore to bad for them they need to get there crap together at the call center...beware folks your order will placed and you will either 1. never get it 2. You will call back and they will tell you; that you never placed your order and make you feel like your the stupid one 3.someone else will get your order..because..there to stupid to spell and thats because the computer is doing all the work for them ...lmao...well anyways...hope you change it up for your sake OWNERS!

I just had the most horrible experience ordering from "this store." I made an online order, It all went well until I confirmed and paid for my order. I get a page saying my order was put in and it wouldnt be delivered for another 3 hours. 3 HOURS?!? I call the number of the store up. Turns out its sent to a call center here in San Antonio and not the actual store. They said they are really busy tonight (A Thursday night??) and wouldnt be able to deliver it until then. I told them to cancel it then since I wasnt waiting 3 hours for my familys dinner. She then tells me the money wont reappear on my credit card for 3-5 days. Excuse me? You cant deliver a service then you hold onto my money for 3-5 days? Unacceptable. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE costumer service.
