Walked in on a whim and was not disappointed. Food was great, I would describe it as "clean", no heavy or greasy flavors or overpowering seasonings (i.e. no stomach bomb afterwards). I would chalk it up to individual preference as far as flavors are concerned, but any condiments or extra seasonings should be provided automatically, as is with most restaurants. I had the lunch Option 1; half order of ramen bowl and a half order of rice meal, appetizer and drink included. It was definitely filling, offered two different (and good!) preparations of similar meals, and worth the $10 paid. Prices of individual meals and a la carte seemed a bit steep, but I would certainly stop in again for the lunch option if Im ever in the area again. My only major "complaint" would be that the main meal as a whole should be served all at once, opposed to as each dish as its prepared, especially in a restaurant layout. Also, the servers need actual serving trays, rather than carrying each dish out individually by hand. It gives off the atmosphere of being more organized, orders are less likely to be screwed up, as well as being more hygienic- the fewer hands on the food between the cook and customer, the better.

My boyfriend & I decided to try Ramen for the first time since it was a really cold night & we figured it would be nice to have something with some warm broth. Upon entering Ramen we were warmly greeted by the entire staff. After reviewing the entire menu we decided to order the L&J chicken, fried pork dumplings & of course a bowl of Ramen to go. When we returned home and began sampling each dish we were more than pleasantly surprised. Everything was very tasty & delicious! It was filling but not too heavy. As we began to clean up & proceeded to throw the paper bag away, we found one more surprise which is why I would give this restaurant a six rating if it was an option. There was a nice handwritten message on the bag which stated "Enjoy lifes little moments". We decided to cut this out & post it on the fridge with the date we first experienced this hidden little treasure:-) If you are looking for a personal casual dining experience, whether dine-in or take out, I would highly recommend Ramen. Wishing you all much success!

I think this is easily the best bowl of ramen in Colorado right now. Ive tried a lot of the fancier places on the front range and theyre decent, but nothing compared the authentic depth of flavor Rocky Mountain Ramen brings to the table. The bone broth is exceptional on its own, so so well executed. The spicy tare is exactly what youll find throughout Japan, its got some kick but is not overwhelming. The pork belly and pork shoulder are moist and pair nicely with the flavors of the broth. The noodles are a lighter, thinner style noodle, closer to a tonkotsu noodle, that fits the depth of the broth. The egg wasnt quite as runny as youll see at a lot of places but still enjoyable. The karaage was also well executed. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a delicious bowl of ramen without having to travel thousands of miles to Japan. I sincerely hope this restaurant is a part of the community for a very long time.

Ill start by saying the broth and noodle alone were really good, and is possibly some of the best ramen broth Ive had to date. Other than that, I felt pretty disappointed. All of the items put into the broth are refrigerated, I would not mind this if the broth were piping hot and warmed them up. Instead, the broth is warm and so the items stay cold or get lukewarm. The ramen felt very white-washed and untraditional, there are no traditional ramen toppings in the broth, if you want bamboo (or any other traditional toppings), be prepared to be charged $1.50+ per additional item. A bowl of ramen could easily turn into a high teens bowl of ramen, which to me, is not worth it. The ambiance was a bit strange here, it felt like a Sweet Tomatoes or Soup Plantation, and there was a loud generator running inside the establishment for the entirety of our visit. All of this to say, I would find ramen elsewhere.

Slighty overpriced Americanized ramen. The service was fast, but I was disappointed with the servers knowledge of the menu. We asked for seaweed in our ramen (which was a surcharge on the menu), and we were told it came with the dish (it did not). We also ordered Sake with our meal: - The price on the menu was wrong - Our server prompted if we wanted one bottle or two (for the two of us). - After picking a bottle, our server prompted if we wanted it hot or cold (a nice gesture, but the Sake bottle has instructions on it indicating if it is best served hot or cold) The food wasnt offensive. One of our dishes came with a few cold veggies and pieces of meat. I wouldnt recommend eating here unless the price per dish falls below $10, or the quality of the food improves.

The owner/ manager is a kind person and has cultivated some delicious recipes. I am writing this review in the spirit of being constructive. For me the bad outweighs the good right now. Main reasons: 1) Wait staff quality is mixed, some are very good and others are incompetent and rude (forgetting to put in portions of our order and then having serious attitude when asked about missing items); 2) Prices - $15 for a bowl of ramen that is heavy on broth and short on noodles - I am into the taste palette for sure ( the broth was yummy) but for that much for lunch in a strip mall I would like to leave full and even with an appetizer this didnt happen; 3) Table setup - we had to walk sideways and on tiptoe to get to our table and then to the bathroom from our table.

Walking in the restaurant i was pleasantly greeted with a nice restaurant feel and ramen smell. Everything was great up until I saw the prices. it was about 13$ for a basic bowl of their ramen, which isnt that bad in itself but definitely not worth 13$. They also do have side you can add for an extra fee which is normal but some of the options were just crazy to see. For example, they actually charge extra to get siracha or chili paste.. My total order was around 18$ and for that money I was super unsatisfied with the food I got which I believe should have only been around 10$ MAX. Food 8/10 Portion size (For the money) 5/10 Pricing 0/10.

What a nice experience this was! My wife and I ordered the traditional and the Japanese style ramen respectively. The broth had delicious yet distinctly different flavor profiles. The egg, as traditional Japanese ramen is served, was cooked perfectly with the hard outside and gooey yolk inside and marinated to perfection! I only wish we hadnt stopped there for a quick bite because there were so many other items on the menu that we would have loved to try. The staff was so friendly and attentive. The sit down casual atmosphere was great. It is not aloof and not trying to be which is perfect for many return visits!

Best ramen in Boulder county hands down. The broth is flavorful with the perfect balance of deep pork flavir, smoke and salt. Their noodles are thin and soon up the flavor of the broth nicely. The pork is seared beautifully and is so tender. We were greeted by the owner who told us they have only been open for less than 2 weeks... It was packed!! A great sign for a new business! We also had their shrimp balls, which were creamy and so delicious. If you live in Boulder County this place is a gem, check it out before they start having a line out the door!!
