Im a big ramen fan. I like the taste, the aroma, the overall experience of eating it as a whole. Im relatively new to the dish, having only eaten it at about a dozen spots. Some good some bad some awesome some not-so-awesome. Brought the lady here on a chilly evening before attending an Avs game. We were both hungry and a bit stuffed up with whatever lovely viral or bacterial thing was going around that week. She loves ramen as well, and we both ordered accordingly. My ramen was tasty, a bit spicy, filling, and full of a perfect broth that helped a sore throat and stuffy nose. Hers was spicier (thats her jam), which she added more spice into. Her tempura side was crispy and worked well with the ramen she paired it with. We both had a beer and water, beer was usual Asahi. Staff was great! Our waiter was obviously enjoying himself, practically dancing around as he took orders, brought checks, checked up on tables, and balanced large orders, all with a wink and a smile. Only real complaint was it was HOT inside. Everyone was wearing their final layer of clothing, having stripped their jackets, hoodies, or sweaters off. It was quite warm, not unbearably so, but still uncomfortably so. Price was decent, food was pretty solid, staff was great. Dining room is a bit small, so good be difficult for groups larger than 4 to get situated. Location is a bit iffy, but thats the neighborhood. Keep your eyes about you, so "no, sorry" to the drunks across the street at the liquor store hassling people, and move on your way. Will probably be back at some point.

The quality of food here seems to vary significantly between the ramen and the sushi. I went with the ramen and it was pretty good. The "fish cakes" were some oddly neon colored things that I chose not to touch, but the rest of the dish was pretty darn good. The sushi was another story. This place doesnt exactly look like the cleanest, nicest restaurant on the inside, and the price point is pretty low, so I chose to stay away from the sushi. Some friends who are braver than I am did order it and they werent very happy with it. I tried it and also wasnt impressed. You can tell this place uses the cheaper nori for their rolls thats chewier and fishier. If youre looking for a ramen place and dont mind going to the part of town where youre guaranteed to be accosted by at least one homeless person entering or exiting, this place is cheap and the ramen was tasty.

The picture that was shown online was not what I was served. It was a few noodles stuck together floating in water with some seasoning with a piece of fried chicken & two slices if egg for $12.00. If you missed the lunch special then you are SOL. because after lunch everything is a la carte. You dont even get any tea with your meal to help warm you up while you sat in that freezing diner. The staff was quite blasé. A mixed Asian & White family came in and their meal looked a whole lot better then mine. Another Asian male came in & they broke out some booze & they sat in the corner drinking with them. If you are Asian your service and food was better but everyone had to keep their coats on. Ill never dine there again.

Had had an incredibly delicious bowl of miso ramen, substitute (umami) mushroom broth. I also tried a few very good sushi rolls. We ordered then with help from a server knowledgeable about our dietary restrictions. The staff was pleasant and the ambiance nice. The bathrooms were tiny (which was fun), but the sinks only had a line to hot water, and it must have been at least 160° F. Way too hot to rinse the soap off, though I spend a lot of time at my job washing dishes in very hot water by hand. Still, Ill certainly be back once Im in Denver again.

The food was so AWESOME! I had Crab & Cheese Wontons for my appetizer. My friend had the Tempura Chicken & Veggies, which we shared. We both had a bowl of the fried chicken ramen. OMG, I had the -itis when I left! I slept so good that night! Aside from the food, the atmosphere was fairly chill and the staff was super friendly and fast. I ordered the wontons first, and I swear they came out fresh and hot within 3-5 minutes! The ramen was flavorful and very appetizing. I will definitely be back and Ill invite friends!

Smells like sulfur gas in the restaurant. I told the waitress "it smells bad I dont think we can stay" and she was personally like offended or something because she just walked away and wouldnt listen to why I thought it smelled like that. I was trying to tell her that there may be a gas leak because of the rotten egg/fart smell, I wasnt trying to be rude - I was concerned. Anyway, it was so bad that we couldnt even eat there. I wouldnt be making this review but I dont like how the situation was handled.

This place is newer, I went here with the hubby and the customer service is AMAZING, some of the best Ive had. The menu is diverse in that they offer Ramen, Thai, Chines, Japanese, etc. I will be honest and say the ramen wasnt as good as Tokyo Ramen or Osaka (both in the Denver area), but the other dishes and appetizers were well worth the money. The Ramen is more homestyle, and would be worth if if the price was knocked down a couple dollars, but overall, great food. We will definitely be coming back.

The overall location is nice, well lit, and clean. The staff is very attentive and friendly. However, the food was disappointing. The ramen was over priced and the noodles themselves tastes like heated ramen noodle packets found in grocery stores. The pork broth was lacking in flavor and added nothing to the dish. While the sushi was overpriced, they were nothing amazing but were on par with other sushi locations.

Cheap sushi during lunch which is served til 4pm. I usually get the 3-roll combo for $12. Not the best in terms of presentation for takeout, the rice sticks to the sides of the rolls and the sushi quickly falls apart, but the taste is fine. They are doing happy hour all day now so dining in is usually better for (a) sushi not falling apart (b) better prices after lunch. Try the monkey brain during happy hour!

Sushi was OKAY. Lobster ramen was very fishy, the chicken teriyaki looked like show leather. My father would not even eat it. We told the waitress who did not offer to take the item off our check. Tried this for the first time to mix up my normal ramen routine. Cannot believe the bill was over $100 for 4 people. That was a huge mistake, do not plan on ever trying this again...

The service was phenomenal, there was no Monday lunch rush which was nice, the spicy tuna roll came out quick and was well made. The grilled chicken ramen was okay. The chicken itself was a little bland but the broth and noodles were good. They do have a great location and the prices were very reasonable.

Good food, we have been in more than once, but this time it smelled like a sewer, this would have been more forgivable if our server (Katie?) had been a little more professional, her clothes were dirty and she seemed like she couldnt stand us. So sorry for stopping by Katie we will not be back.
