Got small glass of plum wine, two glasses of water, and two sushi rolls, one eel, one crab, got the eel because I have experience with sushi professionally and know eel comes precooked Everytime so you cant screw it up, but I was WRONG. Rice was definitely improperly prepped, it was not rolled tight like it should have been and before the night is over I truly believe theres a huge chance my girlfriend and I might throw up from the crab roll, by far the worst crab roll Ive ever come across. Ive had sushi at least once a week for years I truly wanted this place to be acceptable, but Id really buy sushi out of a gas station in the middle of nowhere before I went here again for it. Only thing good was the plumb wine, and even though I was extremely dehydrated I couldnt drink the water because it tasted like it came out of a moldy faucet. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH RAMEN OR SERVICE, service was great.

Our first initial experience was okay. But unfortunately it escalated quickly. We are vegetarian. Ordered vegetarian ramen. Got pork ramen. Not only that but we got charged for 4 orders after they fixed the first initial two. We literally hadnt touched the first two because of the pork. My fiance is now arguing with the guy about paying for the whole tab of 4 ramens. $54 of ramen that we didnt even eat. And the guy insists that we pay the entire tab, which is not in any means reasonable. Sorry not sorry, we will not be back again.

Decent cheap ramen but not amazing. Got the spicy and was underwhelmed. Needs to have those spicy red flakes so I have the option of making it thermonuclear if I want. Atmosphere was very mellow - sleepy piano music. Probably relaxing for most but was putting us to sleep. Service was good but overly attentive. If weve been checked on once since the food arrived and are still both eating, probably dont need to ask how things are every 5min. I realize in hindsight I should have asked for more kick in the spice Dept.

Great place. I was welcomed as soon as I walked into the door. I was told that I could have any open seat that I wanted. The place is small, but very nice. Looks like a traditional Japanese restaurant. I ordered a large Sapporo and a bowl of their Tantan Men which is their spicy ramen. It was very delicious. Someone came over to table on multiple occasions to ask me if I needed anything else. There is truly nothing to complain about. The food, service and atmosphere was great. They deserve nothing less than 5 stars.

The ramen broth was AMAZING. i have tried other places in Denver and this has the best broth in my opinion. On top of the great tasing food the service was top notch, they were very attentive and refilled our glasses several times during the meal without asking. You can see the kitchen right there and it is very clean. hard working people here! It is in a kind of hard to find spot, right behind Joes hot dogs if youre going north on broadway. i will be back!

I just ate here for lunch around 1:00PM on a Tuesday. It was delicious! I got the Shoyu ramen and it was really good. I asked for the sauteed garlic they offer on the menu and it really put the whole thing over the top. Not overly salty like others have said and the greens and pork were very good. The restaurant was spotless and the service was perfect. Ill be coming here once a week as long as Im working in the area.

I really wish this place made traditional ramen, because theyre the closest ramen place to my house. I waited to write a review until I had come here a second time, and unfortunately it hasnt improved. This ramen is Americanized to the point where it is closer to something youd eat in college to something youd find in Japan. Carrot and spinach in the soup rather than seaweed and bamboo. Noodles just seem off. And no

Both times Ive been here the service was friendly and I wanted really badly to like the food. I love ramen and was looking for a spot in the hood that would satiate the craving, Ive tried a few vegetarian options here (maybe with meat it tastes better) and just cant say its good ramen, the broth is bland and the lo mein was incredibly oily. The hunt for a ramen place in south Denver continues.

Excellent little joint! I ordered the shrimp fried rice which was very good, and a solid portion. My husband ordered the spicy noodles which he couldnt even finish, there was so much! We didnt realize until check-out that there is an entire sushi menu as well. We will have to go back and try very soon! Authentic, very casual and friendly. I really didnt feel like I was even in Denver anymore.

This place is a nice, hidden gem located off of Broadway near Jaminos. Its tucked in the back, but its so delicious. If youre craving some delicious ramen or sushi, this is the place to go. My favorite is the Ramen in pork fat and broth. Soooo tasty (and cheap!). Try this place out. I want it to stay!! Its a great addition to the different restaurants in the area.

Nice People, Bad Food. The service was great and the people very nice. However the noodle "broth" tasted more like funky dishwater. Pretty bland and kind of sour. We ordered different things but they both looked the same except for some extra green onions on one. Think I will have to pass on returning. Wanted to like this place, but cant endorse.

In Denver my two favorite places are Tokyo Ramen and Osaka Ramen. When you pay $14 for a bowl of soup you get what you paid for. At Miyako the prices were a little cheaper but I have to be honest and said the broth was more or less salt water. The flavor was okay but its nothing that would keep me coming back like the other two places do.

Not impressed. The noodle shop appears authentic, but the location has limited parking, the staff stayed away for the most part and the noodle bowls were average. Although, the average flavor being references may have only been because my party chose unfamiliar options. I will give them another chance.

Food: Spicy chicken ($11.50) "spicy" was spicy enough for me. So good!!!! Parking: In a small lot; when I went on a Thursday night, there was plenty of parking spots open. Service: Wont sit you until everyone has arrived. Pretty flexible compared to most Japanese restaurants.

The place is hard to see from the road, but they have a sign saying "sushi and ramen here" at the turn in for the parking lot. The ramen was pretty good, but I just got back from Japan so its not amazing authentic good. The meat was a little overcooked. Broth was tasty.

Pretty good ramen. Sometimes way too salty. Service is always GREAT, tho. Id say they are $$$$ out of $$$$ on price--so, we cant afford to eat there often. Never busy tho, so makes for a nice place to be able to talk (business lunch, intimate conversations, etc).

Cozy Ramen spot tucked away in the nicest shopping center on South Broadway. Big fan of the spicy tuna roll! Other great options in the shopping center if the kids dont want ramen or sushi. Great new addition to the SoBo area.
