Terrible food, terrible service, incomplete order.. when I asked about my fries I ordered and paid for I was told three times they were just about to put them down..then she said do you want them to go... w were both done with our burgers.. they brought them.. I asked the manager why I was told three times they were coming... then they served the whole restaurant.. the fries took longer than the burgers ... she said I was mean.. I had to laugh..i wasnt mean at all..i didnt even mention my bun was totally stale and the burger was cold.. the manager is pretty bad at her job.. the restaurant was half full they left the one girl to take orders and the place was a pigsty.. trash coming out and over the holes .. it was about 3pm on a weekend

Im a huge fan of Smashburger, this is criticizing the Broadway location only. The lobby was trashy, french fries all over the floor & dirty dishes piled up. Understandable IF the restaurant was busy / short-handed. However there were 4 staff members sitting around at the time I was trying to order. Sure employees get breaks, but these teenagers were lounging while being loud & disruptive in the dining area. Poor service is an understatement. Our burgers were so greasy I worry when was the last time they cleaned the grill. The fries were soggy. My meal went into the trash. Dont waste your money here, youll be disappointed. Honestly this location needs an inspection.

The people are nice but my order was supposed to be ready at 1:45. What was ready at 1:45 were the 2 milkshakes on the order (this is a to go order, they are not both for me, and I am here alone to pick up) after 10 min I asked them to please put them in a freezer until my food is also ready. Its 2:05 pm and still not ready. I never come here because it takes forever...now even calling ahead.. FOREVER. I hope its worth it. I called 40 min ago, how long do burgers take to make? Its just too slow like every time I have been here, my instincts to avoid this place were unfortunately spot on. The people are cool at least.

I had a burger called the Colorado Burger, and it was deeelicious. I am a pretty tough critic too. It had green chilli peppers, southwest mayo, pepperjack, and some kind of chipotle bread...MMM..mm. The onion stacks were great too. Sorry about the persons car that got towed below. It happens all over the city. If you are not going into the business that you are parking in front of...it is bound to happen. Not sure how they could tell though...there is also a Lennys Sub Shop and a mattress store in the same lot. They must have watched you go into one of the bars or something.

This location used to be great. It used to have friendly staff decent wait times and great quality food. Its like someone in upper management just decided to stop caring. They are always out of regular items (usually any sort of chicken is a no go) wait times are rediculous, orders are continually wrong (good luck getting it right), food is subpar compared to other locations and staff just doesnt seem to care anymore. Its like someone sucked the soul out of this place and I hope whatever caused that can be remedied.

Love smashburger, but this location has major issues. In 4 visits I have received 1 undercooked chicken breast, and been told I cant eat in-store an hour before closing time (chairs already stacked on tables) TWICE. Any one of these incidents in isolation would be fine, I know how it goes sometimes, but all together these issues suggest that this location is poorly managed and the staff doesnt really care. Hopefully ownership reads these reviews and makes some changes.

Disappointed in quality. For $11 bucks youd think theyd give you more than a 1/4 of a potato as a serving of French fries. Usually to-go orders get topped off with spillover fries, not at this location. I asked for a large sized patty and it was clearly a thin regular patty. The shake machine was closed down 30 minutes before closing. To top it all off the food wasnt warm, it was quite cold, and I checked in the parking lot. Never returning to this location again.

Its fair! Very overpriced. They are literal when they say "smash". They mash down the meat and it is not solid. It is crumbly. It appears bigger because it hangs out of the extra small buns that they use. By the time you get out of there, you have spent nearly $20 for burger, fries and a drink. Not to mention, they never get your order right and the place was dirty!

First time eating at Smashburger & my hubby & I really enjoyed it. The cashier with pink hair was super great, shes got awesome customer service skill. Husband had the avocado ranch black bean burger & loved it. I created my own & really enjoyed it. I hate black bean burgers but this is a good one. Not dry or super thick. Nicely seasoned.

I was surprised by how clean and well maintained this Smashburger is. The staff was friendly, our orders were correct, and wait time was minimal. Food was very good! We both had burgers, which were a little on the thin side, but flavor was spot on. I had the seasoned sweet potato fries, which were delicious! Pretty happy with this place.

Soda machine completely OUT....burgers taking twice as long as needed....customer service is awful today...I dont know why, usually this place rocks but today sucks...adding....burgers finally came..delicious as usual...they gave us bottled soda while the mechanic worked on the soda machine...WE STILL LOVE SMASH BURGER!!!!

Burger sloppily put together and small portion for the price. Sweet potato fries were way too greasy. Then when I try to order a shake to-go, Im told your ice cream is too cold to make a shake with. Ill bet I could have made one. I mean, you have a hot kitchen right there....

Went for first time yesterday. We got 2 sandwiches, an All-American and California Club chicken sandwich. They were fine but it was the 3 side orders (french fries, onion sticks, veggie frittes) that were so overly salted that were uneatable. Waaay too much salt!

Beware - This smash burger was disgusting! Oil was dripping from the burger and fries. There mustve been several tablespoons of oil in the bottom of the basket afterwards. My tongue felt like it was coated with oil and my stomach churned after eating here.

Just have to say that Aaron the assistant manager gave my wife and I spectacular customer service!! It was nice to see that there are still a few people in the Denver metro area concerned with customer service! This guy needs a raise! Way to go Aaron!!

Normally a big fan of Smashburger but dont come here if youre in a hurry. Ordered a sandwich and fries to go and it took 30 minutes. The staff is otherwise friendly but thats a ridiculously long time to wait for two things.

Classic smash burger is great. Smashfries are unique and a nice change from regular fries. Shake served the old fashioned way in glass with extra in metal mixer. Service friendly and wait was short. Ill be back!

Burgers greasy, handful of fries for 3.99. Other locations are better. I asked employee if that was a large and she was not very friendly responding. Now they have no survey on receipt, how convenient.
