The burgers are solid. I have tried the basic beef burger and Turkey burger. I prefer the turkey. Love that "with everything" includes grilled onions. The staff seems overworked. Service is chaotic at best and impolite and out of touch at worst. Their phone orders could use help. Stayed on hold for 10 minutes and arrived at the restaurant to pick up still never getting anyone to take my order on the phone. I waited in line as the cashier took new orders for those who just walked in- all the while still on hold on my cell. There was no offer to rectify the situation and an out and out rejection of my suggestion that they toss in an order of fries. Will not return.

I was going to this location over the past year, because of the customer reviews. But that all changed for me back on March 18, 2016 around 6:30 pm CST; when the young woman took my order. She seemed too busy to be polite. When she finally called my name, she just threw my food on the counter and nearly a shoved a very nice old lady out of the way in the process of doing so. My food wasnt labeled and there were no condiments in the bag. Furthermore, my Philly cheese steak was overcooked! Which means, that I could not eat more than half of a burned sandwich; that I had paid my hard earned money for. I will never eat here again!

A really great hamburger at a reasonable price. They will cook one medium rare if you ask them. Despite their name, they do have other things on the menu, but their burgers are so good that Ive never had anything else there. The burgers are quite thick, so they do take longer to cook, but its worth the wait. The sad thing is, people will drive past this place to Micky Ds or Wendys, both within eyesight, and get a third rate burger instead of coming here and getting a great one.

This place is hands down the best burger joint Ive ever had the pleasure of eating at. My family and I are vegan and they have a garden burger for vegetarians that contains cheese and they have the best black bean vegan burger Ive ever had! They have a variety of fries and I can vouch for the Cajun fries. Staff is super friendly and the restaurant/ kitchen is very clean with good tunes to enjoy while you lose yourself in their delicious food!

Horrible, I normally do not post comments but felt obligated, manly because this is misleading with everyone saying how great it is when in actuality the food has no flavor at all none , thats why theres gallons of tobasco sauce every where , and if you claim to be a legit burger place with no choice of how its cooked anyways taste like cardboard

I loved the food , it was very good, but when I was placing my order the girl at the front counter looked as if I was wasting her time . It was my first time there and I wanted to take a good look at the menu but she was just looking at me probably thinking , " can you hurry ," I had a first bad impression with the service but the food was good.

I have been obsessed with this place since my first time here. I come here all the time. They recognize me every single time. I love the employees, the taste and service . Their burgers are huge fresh and heaven on earth . Their fries are the cherry on top of this amazing fullfilling meal... best place around

Good burgers, not great. Definitely an upgrade from your McDonalds and Wendys fare. Sweet potato fries are just that. Fried sweet potatoes. No salt sugar or cinnamon & honey. Cashier was not friendly. Place gets busy fast. After 11:30 the line starts to form and never ended for as long as I was eating.

Went for dinner. Huge patty on their burger with lots of beef. Good flavor and choice of toppings. My mozzarella sticks were good too. Kitchen was very clean when I walked past. Lady at the front counter was friendly and very personable. Burger was a little crispy on the outside, but tasted good.

Simply Unimpressive - Burger wasnt bad, but it wasnt great. The wait was about 10-15 minutes for just one cheeseburger which I didnt even taste the cheese on. I didnt find anything extraordinary about the place and the burger was just an average edible burger (hence the two stars instead of one).

Good independent burger joint on the back side of a strip mall near an industrial area. Lunches are busy, but you can usually find a table. My favorite is the jalapeno burger made with fresh grilled peppers. The Cajun chicken sandwich is also good and the basic side salad is generous.

I eat here 1-2 days a week as I work nearby. I try to go in a little after the lunch rush as it can get busy, I usually get take out and dont wait longer than 10 minutes anytime Im there. Sweet potato fries are awesome, onion rings are awesome. I usually get the Cajun chix salad.

This place is amazing. The only warning I have is their burgers are a half pound of awesome so come hungry. Very good value for your burger dollar. Staff at this location is extremely friendly and accommodating. My wife is lobbying for an egg burger to be put on the menu.

Decent place for lunch when youre running low on self control. You know those days... You have just enough time to go out for lunch (but not enough to go far) and you already hate yourself so why not add a thick, greasy (but delicious) burger and a side of okra?

If you see a negative comment for this place, disregard it. They must have had a bad experience in some way that was probably their fault. Everybody loves this place for a good reason. The food is excellent and very flavorful. One of the best burger places around.

I always love eating here. Everything has large portions and is made fresh. Their buns are crispy and buttery and addictive. The thick cajun fries are AWESOME. I love both the garden and black bean burgers and NEVER leave hungry. Always a great choice.

Good was decent not amazing. Biggest complaint is the staff is not very friendly and it took our food close to 30 minutes to come (this wasnt during a busy time either 8:15pm). Wont be visiting again Mooyah or Chop House Burgers are much better overall.

Wandered into this restaurant by chance. The interior isnt too fancy, very simple. From what I could see there was an all-female staff, but they made one of the best burgers Ive ever tasted. I will recommend this restaurant to anyone who is in the area.

The burgers are large enough to split. I ordered a mushroom swiss burger with onion rings and a coke. It was great but could not finish...too much. I would definitely recommend if youre in the mood for a delicious burger. They also sale veggie burgers.

Restaurant quality burgers with fast food prices. Always made fresh to order and well worth the wait. Call in your order to save time. I usually go for the Blue Cheese Burger or the Grilled Cajun Chicken sandwich. Cajun fries are really good too.

Simply the best burger Ive ever had. Fresh ingredients, stacked with toppings the way I like, freshly cooked. The fried okra was also fresh, even though I was eating a late lunch. Good sweet potato fries also. Nice clean restaurant.
