What an awesome location. Good people, Good food and great service. Theres a lot of " competition", with Smash Burger, Mc Ds ( pronounced "Mickey Ds) ,and places that arent that great but have cheap prices ( like Taco b3l| ♡ ), but this store has just about everything. They have onion rings, chili cheese fries, BIg Daddies, different variations of custard and shakes, and much more. ( I really like their GUAC. Chicken sandwich without guac and add ketchup / mustard n pickles with a slice of swiss cheese but this is only cause I like my sandwich a little weird and I kind of work there :) Their Tuscan sandwich is also delicious ) . but thats beside the point. Anyways, this is A very good place to relax with a beverage or to enjoy an order of chili cheese fries... I normally love this location, so I am not going to blast you guys with a bad review based off of one bad experience. But, as somebody who worked customer service for years, it takes a lot to piss me off and I feel like this needed to be shared. From the second that I pulled into the drive through, to the time I left with my food, was about half an hour. I am a pretty patient person and I totally understand that stuff happens. But once I actually got up to the ordering window, I told the person that I was ready to order. Nothing. So, I spoke a little louder and said that I was ready to order again and nobody answered. I could hear the headset was on and that people were in the background laughing and chatting so I know they could hear me. So, I ended up saying hello? Hello? And eventually, some girl snapped at me and told me to order. I am so sorry that I interrupted such an important conversation.

This gets only 3 stars because they need to switch out their oil for fries more frequently. The fries often are really brown from the dirty oil. Also, I ordered the green chile sliders today and there was probably only an 8th of a teaspoon of green chile on each burger once I opened it up to see why there was no flavor. I mean really, only about four or five small little pieces of green chile. Bummer.

You get NO stars from us. We waited 15 minutes at the window before anyone acknowledged we were there. Then they forgot what we ordered. And as if that was bad enough, another seven minutes went by before they came to collect payment, just to give us two value meals stuffed in one bag and a kids meal that they shorted. It was supposed to be a three piece chicken tender meal...my baby got two.

One of the worst experiences we have ever had with a restaurant, fast food or otherwise. Sold us a burger without meat. Then refused to replace it. Wrote an email to corporate to complain, and got a reply that the manager "handled the situation in the correct manner". Havent eaten at any Good Times since that time. And never will again.

This place is AWESOME! I take my daughter there alot for the custard...its amazing. The wild fries are still on the menu, which I love..and the wild fry dippin sauce is great with the wild fries. Sometimes, if you listen closely, the people at the window tell you to "Have a good time", I think its kinda funny since its GOOD TIMES.

Low quality beef. Low quality bun and cheese. Everything dripping in grease and they charge for sauce. Worst value, sorely regretful for wasting my money here. Lark burger prices for mc Donalds food. Wont be eating here again and wont be suggesting it to anyone.

The burgers are dry and flavorless and closer to a salad than a burger. Ive tried their chicken meals, too, and theyre not great either. The custard is often warmer than the air outside, and its usually kinda runny.

They gave me burnt chicken tenders! Just a shame. Ive been going to that location for awhile but I guess the change in staff means a lack of quality. Never going back. Waste of my money. Thanks!!
