Been coming here for over four years, as its one of the closest, cheapest, and fastest places to grab food off the southwest lightrail alignment where I work. When I first started coming, my order was almost always wrong, the place was dirty, and the staff was rude. I dont usually leave reviews unless the place was horrific or spectacular. So I never left one before and am finally leaving one now. Anyways, in the past couple months this place has really stepped it up. Not sure if the place is under new ownership and/or if its just the new employees! Ive seen Ashley (the general manager) up at the cash register running the POS system three or four times now during lunch time. She dresses professionally, is very nice, and can be seen cleaning the restaurant during down time. Cute too! The other staff seems on point as well. Not a single person complained about their order being wrong. Keep up the good work, it really makes a difference!

Updated 9/2/2015 Thought I would try the place again. I waited in drive thru for over 20 minutes. Finally got my order and it was the wrong thing and they argued with me when I tried to get it replaced with what I ordered. They wouldnt give me a refund and so I had to eat the wrong meal and I paid for a more expensive one. Stay far away! I ate here twice. Never again. My last visit got me so sick, I had to take two days off of work and missed the fourth of July as well. The kitchen is apparently as filthy as the restroom, which literally had feces smeared all over the toilet and wall, something they should have cleaned up. The manager is rude and needs a shower. I could smell his body odor from across the counter. This place is a dump. Stay away at all costs! Im warning everyone I know.

Ordered new fiery chicken fries, those were about the only good thing In my bag. Ordered a number three with a dr. Pepper and a double cheese burger with a sweet tea. The fries were so stail and hard they were inedible-the number three some how turned into just a single whopper. At the window she asked again what kind of tea then tried to hand me a coke? I asked for a dr. Pepper and she gave an attitude about it like it was my fault! Got home and the dr. Pepper had no syrup in it so it was disgusting! And fast food people think they should earn 15.00$ an hour? Sorry guys but you gotta EARN 15$ an hour. I work at a restaurant and understand mistakes but this is unacceptable-will never return

When theyre open the food is good and it fast service, but there have been several time when I went by during their advertised hours of operation and found the place closed. I work grave shifts, there are few food places open during my lunch hour. So its tremendously annoying when I call ahead and ask it theyre going to be open and I get told yes, but when I get there the doors are locked and the drive through is closed.

I stopped on my way to a friends place across town. I ordered 3 double bacon burgers ketchup only. I spent about 10 minutes in line from when i ordered till i got my food. It cost me $5.75 and i paid cash. when i got to my friends place and took out my food i found the burgers had everything on them. pickles, mustard, cheese etc. I am lactose intolerant and do not like mustard or pickles. i would like a refund.

Worst service ever! The cashier was taking one order at a time, then would wait for the order to be complete and hand it to the customer before taking another order. Manager then started handing out the orders, but just the sandwiches. Customers had to remind him of other item in the order. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY THIS KIND OF SERVICE!

After sitting at the screen for 10 minutes in the drive through line I was greeted with a "what do you want?" Food took 20 minutes for a number 2, and number 13. Thats right a wopper order and a chicken fry order. Horrible service and attitudes. They asked for a tip. Three little mexican high school girls running the place. Stay away!!!!

This Burger King is substandard. First of all my order was wrong (no big surprise) in which they didnt even apologize. There was some guy sleeping by the bathrooms talking to himself. The manager or shift leader that was taking orders was rude and talking stuff about the customers in the drive-thru. Unprofessional and I do not recommend.

If you like Burger King and want to eat it, drive a few miles south on Sante Fe, turn right onto Belleview, and go to the Burger King on the corner next to Lowes. Theyre 24hr, better staff and as to be expected food. This location is terrible. Avoid it.

I think theyre trying out a new concept: slow food. And its working! Ive been there a few times and each time the wait is 15-20 minutes (even with like 3 customers there). Food = average. Cleanliness = below average. No reason to waste your time here.

Awful! My sandwich was burned, there was very very little egg. I pretty much got a burned crossaint with cheese! Horrible. I came again today 12/14. Still horrible..worse actually! No egg, smashed,. .bad. Paid for extra egg...still barely any.

They are supposed to close at midnight! I get there at 1030 pm and they are freaking closed! VERY disappointed! And not only that but every other time Ive been here Im waiting in the drive thru for about 15 minutes

Horrible...stood in line for 15 mins before my order was taken. In the meantime the 2 people ahead of me both had their orders wrong. Finally got to me and they messed up my order again. No more at this place
