Walked in about 15 minutes before close and the girl in the kitchen was complaining for 10 minutes how much she was upset about people coming.. Watched her while cooking my food and she looked very pissed and unhappy when I proceeded to get my food she gave me dirty looks... I was able to tell my food was half-assed cooked.. Was starting to like smash burger but more than likely will not return due to the experience. I understand coming in late May irritate workers but they can still remain polite because I guarantee they may have done the same... I felt very unwelcome... The blonde cashier lady was really nice though and the guy in the kitchen was decent as well but dont go to smash burger past 9 because the lady in the kitchen as she was ranting said she would never go into a place an hour before close... Sorry smash burger employees .... I was done writing my survey till I got home and opened my burger and noticed there was no avocado or bacon in my burger that I paid extra for.... Not happy at all

Terrible. The price is outrageous and theres hardly any beef or toppings. $8 for a burger and it doesnt even come with fries!? Took forever too. We ordered a full size fry and when we finally got it there was less than youd get in a all fry from McDonalds. Seriously? When I mentioned the disappointment to the manager she stated that corporate decides portioning and they measured it to that specification. Um, ok, I get that you personally did not decide the size of your items, but that is not the response you provide to your customers. She did provide some additional fries but we will not be going back. I can have a better experience, better food and more food at Red Robin. Dont waste your money.

Horrible service! Ordered three burgers and smash fries. First the order was incorrect. Then nothing came out together. Told three different people that I was still waiting on one burger. I was told it was coming. It didnt come. Went and told a manger and he acted as if it was my fault that we didnt receive the third burger. Extremely unorganized. I would recommend a new manger who knows what hes doing and is not rude to the customers. Wont be going back. I really do like Smashburger, but this location is a definite dont.

Ordered a shake and they completely forgot about it and I had to remind them after 15 min, high school kids who dont know what theyre doing. Definitely dont recommend. EDIT: gave them another chance and ordered some fries since they are so close to my work. I literally found a WAD of hair in my fries. Not just a single strand of hair, but a full on handful of hair. Dont know how this got in my food but I would never recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely disgusting.

Great food loved it even. Now the back crew great no fuss was heard. The lady in the front, was blah the way she held herself kinda made me feel like I was irritating her... maybe she should smile or get a new job if she dont like it!!! Her name is ray I think. Now like I said the rest of the crew was wonderful actually looked like they appreciated their jobs..

Do not come to this location. My family loves Smashburger, but this location was horrible. The lobby was a complete mess. All the tables were dirty, the staff was super rude, the food was poorly done, the fries were swimming in oil. One of the worst experiences. The manager didnt even know the menu. Go to a different location, this one is a joke & yucky!!!

I dont eat at Fast Food restaurants but this one was an exception. The burger, the sweet potatoes fries, and the delicious peanut butter shake --- it was a smashing hit. I enjoyed every bite! The customer service was excellent too. The quality of the burger was out of this world - both the meat and the bun and everything else!

This Smashburger location is by far the best that Ive been to. The costumer service is the Best I have EVER experienced. And the person at the chash register is always ptesenting his best attitude even though his job might be stressful!

First time that I tried Smashburger. I had no idea what to order and felt rushed. They didnt offer any suggestions. The fries were greasy and the burger was sub par. Condiments used too excessively to cover the taste.

Their Cheese burgers are very enjoyable. Very friendly staff, they were nice even though it was my first time and it took me 15 minutes to order. Their desserts are heavenly right after a burger and some fries.
