Our son who lives in Goodyear, AZ had mentioned that if we ever see a Smashburgers we should stop for a delicious burger. We were in the area a few days ago for a wedding and was pleasantly surprised to see one just down the road from the hotel at which we were staying. The fresh burgers, fries, shakes were delicious. Our server, Justin, was amazing! Since this was our first visit, he made suggestions - he checked on us to make sure everything was to our liking, which it was. In fact, later that evening when ten other relatives came in, we took them there also. Everyone (including a couple of very picky eaters) were very pleased with their order not to mention the service. It was prompt and courteous even with such a large group.

LOVE SmashBurger! I didnt realize how much until a) we tried Five Guys (meh) and b) we just tried online ordering for pickup. Online ordering was great! Able to make all our choices, placed and paid, and it was ready for pick up in seven minutes. Tasted good even with the time to drive it home. SmashBurgers are flavorful. Ingredients are fresh and good quality. Quality is consistent. Our location, the staff is always efficient and friendly. Tonight I tried a side salad instead of fries. Nice Spring Mix lettuce, tasty cheese and tomatoes and red onions. Shakes are awesome. Ive never tried their entree salads but they look really good. Love the fried chiles, fried veggies, smash fries. LOVE SmashBurger!

After a few visits now I can honestly say, I love this place. It can be rather hectic at lunchtime due to the lack of options in the area but the staff always delivers a great meal with a smile on their faces. I fancy the Big Baja burger with Smash fries, this is honestly a great burger. They have several others that are great but this one really trips my trigger. My only complaint is that I love an over easy egg on my burger, Smashburger will only cook their eggs over medium. I guess we all have rules we have to follow.

Excellent burgers. High quality Angus 80/20 beef. If you are not a greasy 80/20 burger fan, take yourself to the store and buy yourself some tasteless 97/3 crap beef. My only complaint is when they give me fries that arent fresh. Sometimes its like theyve been sitting for 10 minutes, and sometimes its like they dropped the fries when they started your burger. Others feel its expensive, but I slightly disagree. $8.50 for a quality burger and fries, isnt expensive if its good.

The burgers are delicious and (for what you pay) a great deal. Be warned, the meat is a bit greasy, and they have one level of doneness (due to the way they cooking press works). Order water, since the soda is insanely overpriced. Also, the sides... Never order the regular fries (not worth it, gross). Smashfries are good, fried pickles are wonderful (but you get very little of them so not really worth the price), and the fried green chilies are the best.

Came in this afternoon to a super busy lunch rush however the manager was super friendly gave a free drink out because of the wait and you could see he busted his butt to make sure everything in the restaurant was running smoothly he consistently pumped up both the kitchen and front staff complimenting them on their quickness overall a great positive experience

Not too bad of an experience. Friendly counter service and good food. I happen to like the regular fries here. Seating layout could be improved - some booths are directly in front of the entrance door and I imagine it could get cold in the winter months. Overall, Id go back again although go early because there is limited seating at this location.

This place has great food and even better, awesome employees. I work in Brighton and frequent fast food joints there about 3 times a week. I stop here maybe once a week and the employees remember my name and always strike up a conversation. I have never had a bad experience at this location, much more than I can say for the 120th location.

Food has been great in the past, but lately food and service have been lacking. Restaurant has been dirty the past few times Ive gone in, and employees have acted in a rude manner to me and other customers the past few times Ive gone in. Very disappointed. Would not reccomend this place until they make some serious changes.

Shannon at the front desk was SUPER great. Suggested a caramel-oreo shake that is honestly one of the most delicious things Ive ever eaten. Sweet Potato fries were delicious as well. They forgot the bacon on my bacon cheeseburger, but the burger was still ok.

I highly recommend the promotional "Triple Double" for $4.00. The line was long to order and slooowww. The trashcans were overflowing and the kitchen floor had food and trash on it. Once we made the order, food came out fast and it was good.

It was fine. Had the BBQ bacon w/ pepper jack. Just doesnt Wow me with flavor that Im looking for. I love a hamburger that tastes like it came off the grill or at least the meat bursts with flavor. Atmosphere is dirty and run down.

First time going here. Paying $22 for 2 burgers and fries. Fine. But ordered the avocado club burger with red onions. They put on white onions and completely skipped the one ingredient in the name: avocado. Wont be going back.

Love these burgers. Usually a wait here... I order online and go pick it up. Cost a little more but great burgers. Try the Colorado its awesome. Just changed my review... 2 take out orders with ice cold fries ughhh

The Colorado Burger is addictive. Cant get enough of them. I dont want the lines to get too long, but I am impelled to share the good news that this burger exists. It is the best tasting burger I have ever had!

Good food, but a bit more expensive than I personally think its actually worth. Also when theyre busy the orders tend to get mixed up or wrong. They fix them without questions, but the extra wait is a pain.

We came in, line was waiting nearly half an hour to place order with no one at register. Guy asked an employee how much longer to place an order, she pretty much blew him off. Not a fan of this location.
