Went through the drive thru today about 12:15. Had to wait to place order, waited in line . Finally got the order was checking bags as I drove away, of course a fry was missing . Now two options go inside where there is like four cars in the parking lot or the the drive thru line that is not moving . I decide to go inside . No one in line and three tables occupied. Maybe , a manager not real sure since there was no name tag . After the employee figured out there really was a fry missing , she tried to give me a new one but there was no fries , so she went in the back no urgency. The manager, or whomever this person was did not even deliver the fries herself. The other fries that we got were burned and had hash brown pieces in them. I would expect this at 10:30am not at 12:15. I can see why there is no lunch at noon on a Sunday . The customer service is none existent. The lack of leadership is apparent. There needs to be some re education on customer service, starting with top, if you can even call that management. I do not even know how their doors are still open with all the competition in the area. I know fast food is not a glorious career, but educating your staff on how to read a ticket/screen should be a priority. ** update*** I was very surprised to have the manager Alyssa call me on Monday. I was very pleased with Alyssa and the response and the attention to the problem at hand. Alyssa was very receptive to the feedback. I then at Alyssas request re-visited the store on 104th and Federal on 6/29/17 around 6:30pm. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of the drive thru, the order taker, Kayla, gave great customer service. The order was correct and the temperature of the food was accurate. To me this says there is hope for this store , too bad this is not how the store is represented all the time. Kayla should be an example to the rest of the store of what great customer service should be. I was very skeptical of going back to this Burger King, but because of the great experience , I will be back.

I decided to go in because the drive thru was busy. When I ordered and gave money and what not, the lady coughed into her hand. After that, she proceeded to grab my order without washing her hands. I asked her, politely, if she could wash her hands before she handled my food. After she acknowledged me, she turned back around and started to grab my food again. I told her she coughed in her hands and handled money, so Id like her to not handle my food. She decided to walk away and wash her hands, but on her way, she whispered to another employee not to touch my food. The other employee pretty much ignored what she said. I asked that employee if she can get the manager. The manager came and while I was telling her what happened, the lady came back and continued to trash talk me under her breath to where the manager had to send her to the back. After all this happened, the manager did not apologize nor did she offer to comp anything. This is the THIRD time that Ive witnessed an employee at this location not wash their hands after handling money/coughing in their hands then handle food.

They dont even deserve a star but since no stars is not an option....just left the drive thru on a simple order, not at all busy...took them forever and get back to work to find the didnt put my coworkers sandwich in the bag tater tots are under cooked and unsalted. Called and a woman answered burger King....no thank you for calling, no giving her name like any good customer service establishment would asked for manager a male gets on HELLO and again doesnt state his name. Asked for it...Joseph...let him know I was upset and would be leaving a horrible review and would also be calling his corporate office...no apologies just said I can give you there number..no thanks Ill look it up. He was the one that gave me the order btw...your newly reburished building means nothing with cappy service!

Make sure to request for Out of the fryer if you like really fresh stuff. I had to wait 10mins just in line because she have to call manager for every single things. Even if you request hash browns to be right of out the fryer the new lady is horrible and probably have some listening issue. I had ordered for an oreo milk shake and repeated 3 times even she repeated it correctly at the time of taking order, but gave me a vanilla shake. If i see her again i sure will just leave and go next door for breakfast.

If you consider texting whenever possible and throwing french fries around in the back good service, this place is the perfect place to waste your money. I was lucky enough to get hit with a flying ketchup packet from one of the employees who obviously has too much time on their hands. If youre REALLY lucky, an employee with wiped their grimy hands all over the inside of the cup. I havent even eaten my food yet. Im jumping with joy to taste what this kind of service can prepare... >:[

Waited super long for my food. One guy ahead of me got his good so I knew I was next, saw the burgers got dropped because I " have it my way" told the guy can I have it to go..he said it wasnt mine..gave it to the guy that came after me..even the guy who made the burger said it was for me. The cashier said he was wrong too... had to wait to get my money back..no compensation at all. Wasted 30 min for something that takes 5.

I dont think they even know they are fast food manager rude! From time before. This time told me to hold on to order for 2 minutes then waited 9 minutes and manager put my order together wrong and kid Lois had to fix it cus manager older ladies long blind hair in bun walked away! Now with line of cars behind me now cus they were making us wait to order!kid Lois was doing everything manager should be fired!!!!!!!!!!!!

Customer service 101 - greet the customer. This is a basic business practice that is completely overlooked at this restaurant, which makes your employees seem rude even when theyre not - though some are rude. Until you master this practice, Ill gladly drive away from you and to the Wendys across the street, where Im greeted with kindness and enthusiasm.

15 minutes sitting at the speaker before someone took our order. Would have just drove off but the long line in front of us blocked our way. Now on 27 minutes and still not up to the window. Food will be nice and cold by then. Employees standing around goofing off while we all wait. Worst store ever!

I was dining with my 5 year old grandson on Jan 17, 2017 at 7:00pm. Suddenly I heard a lady in the back yelling at the guys out front flinging "F" bombs and calling them assholes. This isnt very professional, in my opinion especially since she could be heard in the dining room.

Employee are rude and always mess up my order. Last night took the cake.the women working the front counter walked away from us twice while trying to order the went and locked the front doors and it was only 6:30pm Im pretty sure thats not suppose to happen
