My son, daughter and I went to this Burger King this evening as a treat, as we cant afford to go out often and its closest to where we live. First, they got our order wrong, but corrected it. My son noticed the buffalo chicken fries tasted "funny," and I tasted them and they were either freezer burned or unthawed and re-frozen, then cooked. We all started feeling nauseous, and my son then became sick and had to run to the bathroom to throw up, so violently that it could be heard throughout the restaurant. The bathrooms were filthy, the floors of the restaurant and the tables were also not clean. We didnt finish our meals, but were refused a refund when we explained and asked for one from the manager. Needless to say, we wont be going back to this Burger King ~ EVER!!!!

Very very slow service & the cashier Nacho looked unprofessional. My friend asked for extra mayo. He typed it into the register. I saw the screen. My friends burger was all wrong. Had to wait 15 minutes for a new one. She finally went up and asked for it. Zero mayo. I went ask Nacho for mayo. He mumbles they dont put mayo on the burgers. He gave me odd looks while getting me packages of mayo. Not sure what that was all about. The food was mediocre.

Terrible guest service. Orders wrong all the time. VERY rude manager. Dont know her name but shes a latina woman. Wouldnt fix what they did wrong. At other times when orders are wrong she doesnt want to correct situation. Talks to other employees in spanish so guest doesnt know what she says. Too bad i know spanish too huh. She needs to be fired! Avoid this burger king. Go to McDonalds down the street. THEY have great guest service.

I just stopped at your Burger King and ordered a cheeseburger, fries and a diet coke. I get home and I have a chicken sandwich, bacon double cheeseburger and a drink. You cant get something simple right???? I wanted to support Burger King but after this experience, Im having second thoughts. One more thing --- fast food employees think they need to make $15.00/hr????? Really??? Cant get simple things right.

The food was cooked and seasoned above and beyond. It was extremely clean and the food came quickly. We were really impressed with our meal prep. It was cooked by the books and with precision. We noticed other burger kings have been short cutting us, while this burger king didnt skip any steps. Our server was David, he was a character to say the least.

I will never go there again! Absolutely the worst service ever! The girl at the drive thru was so rude she got my order wrong then wanted to charge me more to correct it. They need to either close down or fired everyone there and start fresh. For now on ill go else where and ill make sure my family and friends go somewhere else too!!!!

First time here at Burger King, staff is very friendly. Was greeted right away. Order was easy to place and fast. They were able to accommodate our special requests. Love their soda machine with all the different possibilities and choices!! Tha only bad thing or complaint was tha tables werent clean. Other than that it was great!!

Was going pretty good eating with my family in the play area watching TV in there with my family until an employee (edit: multiple employees) came in (on lunch I presume) changed the channel on us and turned the tv up. Very very inconsiderate but hey, the onion rings were fresh although very undercooked.

Have had many problems with them getting my order wrong. For the most part, its been forgotten stuff. I ordered a #1 combo and they forgot the fries, another time I ordered two meals and dessert, well, they forgot the dessert. Check your order CAREFULLY if you dont want to get screwed out of food.

Shity service, shity food, and shity hygene. Lady made this burger with no gloves. Dipping her hands in every container with no gloves on. That is disgusting and I wish I could go back in time and never come here. Corprate Burger King Please help this beautiful looking store the staff sucks.

What a dump!! No napkins, no straws, and no toy/burger king crown in the kids meal!! The ginger ale tasted like some kind of bleach cleaner. French fries tasted like they had been fried more than twice. Manager was rude as well as the employees. I recommend you avoid this place

Usually good service but not the last couple times coming here we wait for our food and the manager sits in the office on their phones. No good at customer service at all..and for being 24 hours we should be able to purchase coffee but i was told they were out for the night

This place is overcharging for their food. Their menu says one thing while their register says another. Check you recipes but dont bother complaining because the staff couldnt seem to card less they they just ripped you off. Just a bunch if thieves working here. Watch out!
