Maybe we hit this Red Robin on a bad night, but....the only redeeming quality was our server. The food was so-so considering the price. Our server was attentive and personable. The worst part was the filth! We were seated in an area with 10-15 tables and maybe a third were occupied. We were seated at a table right next to a table that was empty but had not been cleaned up. Fine. No problem - maybe they just left right before we were seated. Our server came to greet us and get our drink orders. Still no one comes to clean the table next to us. We get our drinks and place our orders, still no one comes to clean the table next to us. Our food comes and yep! You guessed it - the table still hadnt been cleared! It didnt get cleared until I asked the server if it would be possible to have the table cleared. Someone finally came and cleared the table but that was it. The trash and dirty dishes were cleared and thats it. The floor was not cleaned up. There were straws, empty sugar packets, crayons, & food on the floor! The floor in the entire dining area didnt appear to be cleaned throughout the whole day. The experience showed that the price paid for mediocre food, uncleanliness, and great service was waaaay to high!

My wife and I went to this location on 5/14/09 with another couple prior to seeing a movie. We were all planning on having a quick drink before the movie started. To our surprise they refused to serve one of us a drink because his Iowa drivers license was oriented “tall” instead of “wide”. The driver’s license clearly stated that he is over 21. The server supposedly spoke with the GM and was told they do not accept tall oriented licenses as valid ID. It is ridiculous that they don’t accept a valid government issued ID as proof of age. As further proof, he also offered an International Student Identity Card (an internationally accepted card), which they also did not accept. We decided to leave, and my wife and I don’t plan to go back. A valid government issued ID should be acceptable proof of age. Poor service, and bad policy.

We love Red Robin in general, but have had some really bad experiences at this location. On this last visit, we decided to splurge and try one of their expensive burgers (the most expensive actually). It came out totally over cooked (even though we ordered it medium). We tried to eat it, but it was awful, so we were forced to send it back (which I hate doing). The second burger came out slightly better, but still very well done. The manager came to our table and asked how it was. My wife told him she didnt like it. He asked a few questions as if he was going to make it right, but then he didnt do anything about it and we didnt see him for the rest of the night. Overall, we have had more bad experiences at this location over the years than good ones and is totally hit or miss

Wont be back. Burgers were burnt to a crisp, and even the burgers that were supposed to be pink were beyond well done. The cheese was missing on mine, which tasted like a charcoal brick. We had to flag down a bus boy for napkins and silverware, and even though we put our credit card in the bill as soon as the waiter gave it to us, he completely ignored it. We had two cars, so half the family eventually left, and the other half waited yet another 10 minutes for the waiter to finally pick up the bill. Previous experiences at Littleton have included order screw ups, bill screw ups, and even hair in the soup, but one thing you can count on every time is waiting FOREVER for them to pick up the bill. I am so done with this particular Red Robin!

Red Robin food has gone downhill in recent years. They used to have great burgers. Now apparently to get a good burger you have to order from their premium burger list, which are all ridiculously priced high. Also, Im still waiting for a restaurant that teaches their servers not to interrupt conversation for simple questions. Its understandable that a server is sometimes busy and has to interrupt, but even during slow periods they interrupt, when they could walk up to the table and wait for a break in the conversation. Most customers would notice and stop and let the server ask their question. This isnt a problem specific only to Red Robin, but something I experience there regularly there. Also, they do not offer WiFi.

I have to agree that Red Robin has really gone downhill. I loved it before they did the reorganization. Back then the burgers were juicy and you got a good side of fries. Now the burgers are so dry that you have to drink water to swallow it down and when you take that metal thing off to get your fries I got a bunch of fry tips. Never got "some pink", the patty is so thin it was always well done. Also on a non-busy day they seated my family next to the kitchen, I dont mind if its noisy but it did bother me the employees were cussing loudly while we had my two young children with us. I keep giving it a chance, but Im tired of dried out burgers.

First time (and last)!! Thought we would try this place since we had never been to a Red Robin. The food is mediocre and burger very dry. A major problem is the service! Once you give your order, you never see your server again. Food was brought by a different person. No one came by to check on us and could get no additional assistance. Pushed the button on the little table computer and even with a flashing light, still got no ones attention. Had to yell to get a servers attention and she is due an apology, however since I have no plans to go back, that wont happen. Definitely do not recommend this place.

SLOW! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! We were sat in the bar area. After confusion over who would be our waiter, we finally got our order in. 30 minutes later.... no sign of our food. The manager came over to say our food was coming out shortly. 10 minutes later..... our food finally showed up. However, my burger was not even warm (I would expect it to be HOT). The manager came out again, and we just requested to leave. We didnt eat anything, didnt pay anything, and instead went to the Hurricane Grill and Wings next door which was awesome! SKIP THIS RED ROBIN AND FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR MEAL!!

Took waitress more than 20 minutes to greet table of 4, while she served three others around us. I indicated that I had a food allergy and ordered around it. Food came and contained the allergen that I indicated I could not have. Manager came and took food, and said that she was overwhelmed. Second food finally came after another 20 minutes. Waitress did not check on others at the table the entire time. Manager finally came back to check on us and said it was not her best night. No apology or anything. Will not return to this location again.

Was not impressed. Waited over 10 minutes just to be greeted by a server, when they were not busy at all. We were then told we couldnt order a basket of fries until after we ordered food, which we were ready to do. My husband asked for no pickles, got extra, I asked for my burger to not have any pink, got a very pink burger. The server was nice, but we were not impressed with the overall experience, we wont be back.
