I used to go here years ago religiously with my wife. Went tonight and we were placed in the broken half booths up front. I asked to move which was a huge mistake because I ended up in Lynette Jos section. She was very nice but I felt forgotten sitting over there as she took care of her big top. It took 15 minutes before she took our order. I wanted two waters and only got one which I gave to my son as I sat through the entire dinner with no drink in front of me. I told her how I wanted the burgers and she insisted I keep the garnish. When the burgers arrived from a different server they were incredible but the one tiny piece of lettuce they did give me was soaked with condensation and still had the dirt and rusty brown gunk on the leaves due to not being rinsed and dried properly, lettuce was soggy wilted in places. I was missing my tomato as well which was disappointing. The burgers had little pieces of black crunchy grit; I did my best to pick them off of my sons burger. My fries were cold in the center while my childs were hot. It took the waitress 8 minutes to check if my burger was ok as she avoided my starring walking past at least 5 times. Brought new fries but still forgot my dipping sauces until I asked again at the end. Didnt even say goodnight or goodbye. Didnt explain how to check out. Didnt spend any more times with me than she had to. My son and I made the best of his Birthday dinner. Went to chilis for dessert because I didnt feel the server should get more gratuity, also she never asked us for dessert. Never coming back which is unfortunate.

My wife will let you know that Im not a picky person. I rarely complain about customer service but this needs to be addressed. In blatant terms the service the food was horrible. We got our order of fries and they were cold, hard and small like they were bottom of the bag. Now everyone knows that red Robins is known for there fries. So the waitress got us some more. Those fries were also cold frozen. The waitress was nice but kept asking us if we need anything. Obviously if we need more water she would get us, but it all felt rushed like we werent supposed to be there. The food arrived finally. i ordered the ribblets and mac which should of been called fattlets. The meat was fatty and really nothing to eat on the bone. The coslaw was dry dry like they chopped up some cabbage and put it in a cup called it good. This was the first time in red robin i complained. The rushy waitress said they would take care of it which they did. We were greeted with the manager which could of been my son. He said he would take off the fattlet meal which he did. I asked him to try a fry he refused which is fine but i wanted him to see what they are serving here. Than he says which my wife and i laugh about now "would you like a box of fries to go?" no not offer a desert that would be absurd! Fries.. the same frozen fries Ive been chewing on all night.. That will be my last time ever going there.

I had an issue today at lunch time (the waitress didnt know how to use my coupon and didnt feel like asking anyone for help). I didnt have time to deal with the issue so I had to transfer money over on my card because I had to pay for the food item that would have been taken off with the coupon (ugh). I was really irritated and decided to go back in around dinner time and explain what happened. The manager was AWESOME and gave me a gift card for the extra money I ended up spending. He was so kind and Im glad to say I wont have to stop going there. The food is great and although the waitress wasnt the sharpest tool in the shed, the managment completely went above and beyond to make it right.

I would normally give this restaurant 4/5 stars, however, our last visit consisted of HORRIBLE SERVICE and not to mention, the server changed our total AFTER he took our card and charged it. I have never been more irate in my entire life. I put a complaint into customer service and NO CALL. Then, to make matters worse, during our visit it took the server (new of course) and 3 other servers to gather our meal and simply make sure we were taken care of. I am NOT satisfied in ANY way with our last visit and there have been several other visits like this as well.

This used to be a favorite. I went in with my son for lunch, got ignored by the waitress in the bar dining area, had to ask multiple times for refills and simply felt ignored by a rude waitress. Food came, there was something on my burger that burned my lips when I took a bite,, this seemed to not be of any importance to the restaurant, waitress... Surprise. One spoiled lunch opportunity with my son, I wont be back, time is too precious to waste on a place like this. Theres way better places to eat within 5 minutes of here, Id choose one of them.

I thought about giving 3 stars simply because it is always overcrowded here. It is the closest one to us & once you actually do get seated its usually a pretty good experience though. Crowds are expected at restaurants, especially during certain times but this place seems packed more often than not. I do prefer Flatirons over this location simply for the wait time. But if wait time is the only real bad thing you have to say dont bring the place down by demoting stars. Its not a bad place for the more patient than me.

Only one star for our 2nd waitress. My daughter never got the fries with her order after waiting 55 minutes or more for our food and over 30 minutes for our drinks. My 8 year old left hungry. I feel like Im in the twilight zone. Spent 2 hours there. Worst service ever. Not to mention the bus boy that hit me with his bucket and couldnt even say sorry or excuse me. Dont go there. Just dont go. Waste of time and money. Unless you have hours to burn. And your kids dont really want to eat with you.

Put tablets on every table and charge for games? Add small children and you have recipe for hidden items on your bill. The food and service was fine, good enough. The corporate decision to put tablets on every table and allow children to rack up a bill was such a dishonest money grab. Pay features should be prepay or require server to unlock. My 5 year old managed to get us charged in about 10 seconds. No one told us it was possible or told us they added it to our bill.

If I could overdo the stars, I would. I think is the absolute BEST service my family has ever received at a restaurant. I have to give props to the waitress, Shay, who is really good at her job. She not only respected us as customers, she repected us like we were guests. If you ever come to this restaurant, ask to be sat in Shays section, because you know shes going to treat you right so that you have a great time.
