Best burgers around when they first opened up they were a work in progress, but since then theyve gotten their act together. My only complaint is they can have the air conditioning on really high on cool summer days, and yes I know Im getting older but sometimes the music played there can be a overpowering. Otherwise the food is why we go there and its exceptional.

Im highly satisfied with 5 guys in Selden. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. The man who helped me with my order was friendly and patient. His name was Steve S which was printed on the receipt. He was welcoming everyone once they walked through the doors and was also helping his coworkers. He looks like a hard working young man.

Worst service I have ever had. Placed the order online and got there and still wasnt ready. Place was empty and the manager served his friends before the 2 customers in the place. I will not be going back anytime soon! Drive to Port Jeff and get served fast.

As soon as I entered , the man behind the cash register was extremly welcoming. The staff was great, my food was perfect. The staff member who helped me was named Steve S, he was nice and friendly to every customer who came inside.

Just had the BEST bacon cheeseburger with all the trimmings Ive ever had in my life! Elijah, whom was my server showed confidence in his craft and it definitely showed in the finished product. 5 stars no question about it.

Ive come to this location multiple times, and Ive never been disappointed with the quality of the food served here. Five Guys is a great little fast food restaurant for a quick bite or for a well-deserved cheat meal.

Very good burgers. They need to be a little more organized, and be a little more polite to customers. That will come as they get used to their new location. Their burgers are the best around, though.
