I went there 40 minutes before opening time. It was my first time going there and didnt noticed they opened at 11am. Got there at 10:20 and the door was open. All I can say that the gentlemen that was preparing for opening assisted me like if I was the president of the U.S he was absolutly polite and told me to order whatever I wanted and that it was ok. I felt bad but couldnt resist hes politeness. If that was me I wouldnt of probably told the customer to come back when it was open haha. then he started to make small talk which was pretty cool of him. the food was pretty good. and would def go back. He was my age so Ill probably tell him to chill with us one day haha

Late!! We called and ordered. They said 45 minutes. The establishment was only 1 mile away. We called 1 hr and 15 minutes later to see what was going on since we hadnt received our order. Lady said they didnt know why. Didnt know where the driver was. Assured food was fine. We cancelled the order at the 1 hr and 45 minute mark. Ordered showed up at 2 hr mark from initial ordering. Lady up front didnt even call the driver that we cancelled! She didnt offer a discount! Didnt seem to care about the driver one bit. Terrible everything. Do not order!

I see that people havent been happy with the buffet. My family and I havent eaten in the restaurant, but the last two times weve ordered out, the food was hot and fantastic. So far weve enjoyed the broccoli and chicken, the terriyaki chicken, house special fried rice, and wonton soup. Everything tasted great, and the portions are so big theres always leftovers. We are so happy to have finally found a great chinese restaurant! If the buffet experience wasnt for you, I would give their take out a shot. Maybe it was an off day?...

There is definitely a discrimination of service provided depending on what they sum you up as for the level of service they feel you are worth. They made me sure never to go there again to support their business to recieve such rude service. The food is terrible as well, unless you have no other experience outside of Casa Grande to compare it to. Big Wa is where you go to get bad food and rude service.

Ordered take out through their online service and it was very easy to use ! I got to the restaurant about 15 minutes after placing my order and my food was ready to go. I got the sesame chicken with white rice and it was delicious!!!!! Huge portion for about 8$ . Im going back today for lunch lol

had terrible experience, from work today ordered lunch special my order got mixed up was missing fried rice, egg roll, spoon for my soup, guy on phone told me my order had mushrooms and it didnt, had too much onions and lettuce. food was good but i didnt enjoy it :( wasted my lunch time.

The food was horrible...We paid more than the advertised $5.95..Tiny selection..and the food was disgusting. The egg roll was so hard I couldnt bite it..There were flies around the noodles..I felt sick afterwards. Do not go here! Youd be better off going to Taco Bell...

Ordered Veg Pan Fried Noodles. Noodles and veggies appeared to be dipped in soya sauce water. Was too watery , unlike I have ever tasted Chinese noodles before. Couldnt even have 10% of the meal and had t through it away. Totally zero value for money.

My family and I found this restaurant 3 years ago and still to this day love this place. The people are so friendly and the food is healthy , absolutely flavorful . One dish can easily feed 2 people . A++ The shrimp is always clean. :) :) :) :)

Not impressed!!!!! I placed an order for delivery and Ive been waiting for 1 1/2 hours now and I cant get anyone at the restaurant to answer the phone. Cant say much to the quality or taste of the food as I still havent received it.

great eats. the only thing that threw me off was the corn in my egg drop soup. I ordered the Orange chicken dinner plate, the broccoli beef dinner plate and a side of plain lo mein. all three dishes were Amazing!

I dislike the new management & food is different! (nasty)... When I went I didnt pay $5.95 so its bs... After 10yrs of being a loyal customer, its sad to say but I dont think it will be open for long...

The food was great (the pork was amazing!). There was a small selection, but you got your moneys worth ($6 for adult buffet). The service was good, too :) Good value, great prices, awesome food.

They cook their food and is seasoned good without adding additional seasonings or sauces. Nobody makes Egg drop soup like these folks do and their reasonably priced.
