If you are as passionate as I for KBBQ, then you know Red Castle and Gogi house are the premiere barbeque spots inside SCV. I mean, there is Charcoal as well but for brevity I will compare the former 2. Gogi House has a good atmosphere, entree availabilty, and great meat quality, but Red Castle beats Gogi in their pricing options and service. Im not saying that Gogi has bad service, Im friendly with many of the staff there -- but Red Castles service is truly astounding. We were helped by Kyle and Jenny, who were courteous, funny, and lightning fast in delivering our orders. These two delivered one of my best dining experiences of all time, and I write this hoping they receive recognition accordingly.

Our visit here at this rude place was very unprofessional service was horrible, food food was good enough to make up for the rude servers...we waved one of the servers that was talking to her Co-worker, an she look at right at us an turned her head the other way like she didnt see us, plus we didnt have rice bowl all they gave us was a big bowl an serve our selfs in a plate while others that came had there own separate small rice bowl I would not come back here...if your looking for a kbbq an this pops up look else were...Im telling you, this place is terrible and service is horrible

This place became Red Castle Korean BBQ not long ago (May 2017), not much has changed. The strength is the price. The basic is 12 dollar per person all you can eat BBQ! You cant find this kind of price in Santa Clarita. There are other two sets of menu with higher price and variety of meats, but the basic is good enough. The service is fast, you dont need to ask for food repeatedly. However, the meat quality is not the best. And it seems the waiters rarely smiled, maybe its because of the eastern culture. The sauce option and taste is very limited. Overall, it deserves a 4 star

I dont know what all the negative review are about. Every time Ive been the service has been good. At its worst, the service deserves 3 stars but definitely not the 1 or 2 stars people are giving it. The food is amazing (except for the intestines, but those were ordered out of curiosity more than anything) and prices are great (I typically order menu 1 or 2). Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone who doesnt want to have to leave SCV to get good KBBQ.

If i could rate 0 i would. They wanted us to only use menu 2 after we wanted 1&2 and we were willing to pay separately and the "manager" was yelling at my dad and after all that she finally understood and said nevermind but we were already fed up so we left. I would not recommend this because even the staff is so rude.

I went a time before, the service was not the best and the quality of meat was OK for the price. Then I went back in a group of 13, we were going to sit at separate tables and they wanted a 20% tip. No thank you, plus they werent even busy at Sunday lunch, it wouldnt surprise me if they went out of business soon

Decent food, but the staff is not well trained. It feels like they want you in and out as fast as possible. Oh and Management....PLEASE have your staff use a CLEAN cloth when wiping tables. Ugh. I dont think we will be back. Sorry....not a great overall experience.

I used to be a regular customer here untill one of the employees harassed me and my girlfriend for not giving them a tip. I cant believe how rude and demanding they were especially after we paid $40+ for our food. We will not be coming back here again.

Went on a Thursday night and the service was horrible. I had to ask for my water to be brought after seating there 15 mintues. The food was not good and the atmosphere was obnoxious. I would never go there again.

I read several negative reviews but gave it a chance. Service was reasonable, food wasnt the best but wasnt as bad as I read, and the heat comments were spot on! A.C. was off? What A.C.!? Id come back.

Bad service, bad quality meat, but kids under 4 eat free! Oh and the fan above our table didnt suck the smoke from the grill, so it blew in my wifes face and she smelled like smoke all night.

This place is very inexpensive in my opinion for what you get. I also like the kpop music videos they play. It livens the place up a little bit compared to others.
