Went for a B-day party. Big group. 100 outside and their AC was not in tip top running condition or as the waiter told me, THIS IS AS GOOD AS IT GETS. Say what?!? group of 12 people, MISERABLE, literally drenched in sweat. Fanny each other with menus. Are you serious! I was embarrassed n it was my birthday. Ugh. The waiter was AWESOME considering we were miserable and complaining. He did his job 100% and with a smile thru n thru. He was tipped well! Even though all else failed. I spoke with the owner to tell him our experience n he just said Ok. Ok. Ok. I wouldnt of handled it that way. Considering we just spent hundreds of dollars. He knew it was hot n miserable in there. A discount off the next visit would of been appropriate or even MORE a simple Im sorry. He owns all the Ijjis & you know Ill be thinking twice about spending money in his establishments again. Deff wont be back to Ijji4. Im tired of not being treated as a worthy customer. Just felt like o well youre no big deal, I got other customers. Well ok then. Best of luck.

Amazing food, staff, service and atmosphere. Kelly was a phenomenal server. The use of tablets to take orders, instantly communicating with the kitchen is a great idea; food was coming to the table quicker than we could order it. We had a party of 6 and went for lunch. My wife (who is Korean) and I have had KBBQ throughout the US and Korea and this is one of the best we have ever dined at. The $20 all-u-can eat lunch was well worth it, especially considering how much we ate. We dont live here but we will definitely become regulars every time we visit. I find it strange that the local guides are pretty much the majority reviewers giving 3 stars or less. Hmmm....

Wow, this place is run like a swiss watch! Greeted before we even got in the door with a smile, ushered to a table, immediate service, drinks and food on the table within 3 mins. We were treated like royalty...just awesome service! Food was excellent, do the all you can eat, it is worth every Penny. Would easily pay $100 or more at Korean BBQ in the bay area. This place is equal in flavor and quality or better compared to some of my bay area haunts. Ill be back!! Cant wait to hit this place up after a day on the slopes at Rose :)

Wow... its the first word that comes to mind after experiencing the food and service of Ijji 4. It was my k-drama loving hearts life long dream to partake in the spicy and sizzling food always at the forefront front of any good korean show. And did it deliver? Heck yes! It took a minute to process how the whole setup worked, but our exceptional servers gently walked us through the whole experience. I will be back and if you are looking for a culinary splurge, then you should come check it out. I cant recommend it highly enough.

Great selection and personable service. A grill at each table lets you cook your selection to your taste. All you can eat includes appetizers, soups, and main course (lots of choices of meats and vegetables to grill). Each meat comes in a small serving so feel free to try many different choices. For those familiar with the other Ijji restaurants, this place does break the mold - there is no sushi and only a few seafood choices. If your in the mood for Korean BBQ, give this place a try!

I dont go out of my way to write reviews ever, so heres to my first one! Coming from a traditional Korean home, I was very pleased with the food here. And for all you can eat, cant beat that! Very reasonably priced and super friendly staff! I believe it was the owner or manager who I found to be very welcoming and our server, mark, couldnt have been more helpful. Its the service here that deserves 5 stars in addition to the delicious food. Will definitely be coming back!

Wait staff was very friendly and attentive. Always asking and willing to bring out more meats and veggies as well as change the grill. My one knock on this place is a lack of sauces. They give you a few small portions of different sauces. But its not really a lot. next time if I go back I will probably experiment around with cooking with them or trying different ones with different meats. Maybe I am just not familiar with the style of this cuisine but Im a sauce person!

If i could give ZERO stars i would. We came in at a little after 1. There was no one ahead of us in the waiting area, and 75% of the tables were empty. We were told to wait while it was "set up". A couple of minutes kater, while we were waiting two people came in and a different person came out, asked how many in their party, (2 like us) and took them immediately to be seated! Our person still had not returned, so we left. I will NEVER go back.

We love coming here! The food is always fantastic and our server Mark (with the amazing purple hair!) was spectacular! He was friendly and funny and made sure we had everything we needed and would constantly come and check on us. Despite it being a Saturday night, we waited less than 5 minutes for a table and had our food orders out in under 3 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to try something different.

They have incredible service and are very attentative to your needs. They use iPads to place your orders so its rarely an issue with wrong orders. They bring out the food very quickly and are helpful when we needed help cutting the meat. Students at UNR get 10% off which is great. They are a bit pricey (30$ for dinner) but it is AYCE so go hungry! They also have favored Soju and yogurt is my favorite flavor!

My husband and visited here and just loved it! The service was incredible and the food was great. We did the all you can eat option for dinner ($29.99/person), and I loved that it included all you can eat soup and appetizers as well. We usually stick to the bulgogi, but our waitress suggested the Hawaiian Steak as well as one other beef option. Overall it wad a pricy dinner for two but well worth it!

I came here with my family for my birthday and everything was wonderful! The meat was tender and delicious along with house sauce given. My sister came along and shes a vegetarian and they were creative in helping her come up with a meal for her to enjoy. Everyone here was super helpful and attentive! They made this such a great experience. I would highly recommend coming here!

Omg girl, this place is amazing. Not only is the service great -- they run like a well oiled machine! -- but they staff is genuine. The food is also incredible. We had so many different types of meat. There are veggies, and theyre really good, but the mays kind of outshine them. They also have a wide selection of soju. Everything was bomb!

I was impressed by how quickly we received our appetizers came out as well as our meats. We would let the waitress know and she would input our meat orders on a tablet and within 2 minutes we would receive it. The process and safety of cooking our meats was explained very well so that we felt confident in cooking it ourselves very quickly.
