Fun place for happy hour and dinner! I came here on a Tuesday night with a couple of girlfriends. Our reservation wasnt until 7:30pm but a couple of us arrived early and enjoyed happy hour before dinner. The happy hour specials were great - $5 wine, beer, and bubbly, as well as $5 snacks. She had a glass of bubbly, I had the red, which I think I remember to be a Tempranillo. The wine was buttery and flavorful and the bartender, Steven, was an absolute charmer. We also had the chicken liver mousse crostinis, which I could have eaten all evening long. Crispy slices of baguette, fatty and creamy chicken liver, sweet jammy onions. It was a perfect combination. We were seated at 7:30 when our last guest arrived and our tab was transferred seamlessly from the bar to our table. We ordered a bunch of plates to share: Bone marrow - with sherry demi-glace, tarragon-horseradish gremolata, and sourdough. The bone was definitely more bone than marrow, and while the bread was crispy enough to hold its own against the delicious fattiness of the marrow, this dish just wasnt worth its price. There wasnt anything unique about it to make up for the lack of actual marrow served. Kale salad - with figs, pomegranate, pumpkin seeds, big rock blue cheese, and port vinaigrette. A nicely balanced salad with lots of flavor from the blue cheese to balance out the bitterness of the kale. The pumpkin and pomegranate seeds added texture and the figs were ripe and delicious. Fried chicken sammies - with creamy mexican cole slaw, honey chipotle mayo, and pickled veggies. There were meant to be two to the order, but the restaurant happily gave us three so each person in our party could have one. While I find sliders to normally get fairly soggy and to be way too much bread to stuff, these were kind of perfect. The fried chicken held its own against the bread and slaw, remaining nice and crispy. The slaw had a good spice to it and the pickles were a very mixed variety of vegetables. I wish they hadnt been so strongly vinegar flavored, as I missed the flavors of the vegetables themselves, but they were a nice accompaniment all the same. MGP steak fries - really more potato skins than fries, topped with crispy bacon, spicy mayo, and green onions. Greasy and unhealthy deliciousness, I definitely could have eaten plates of this. Bacalaitos - salt-cod fritters with lemon aioli, herb oil, and crispy capers. This dish was salty in a good way and the fritters were not overly fishy or overly fried. The aioli balanced out some of the salt and the fried capers added crunch. Zeppoles - bellwether ricotta zeppoles with cardamom sugar, bourbon caramel, and chai crème anglaise. The ricotta definitely made these zeppoles heavy and doughy instead of light and airy. They almost had a coffee cake kind of texture and felt incredibly substantial. The caramel sauce was thick, sugary, and awesome, but the chai was too heavily spiced and too thinly textured for my taste. Pot de creme - butter-with-scotch pot de crème with brown butter sable cookies and vanilla whipped cream. This definitely tasted boozy and the shortbread style cookies paired really nicely, balancing some of the booziness with butter and salt. The whipped cream on top was perfectly light and fluffy to accompany the heavier pot de creme. Loved this dessert. Overall, the service was good, the food was spot on, and the happy hour prices cant be beat. Id definitely recommend coming and trying a bunch of the food as happy hour snacks at the lower price.

I like this place... a lot. A newcomer to the Mission food scene but one that will definitely be here for quite a while. Trish Tracey, the owner and head chef seems to always be there and the food quality shows. Too many places tout a great head chef that is absentee and food quality wavers. She even engages with tables during service which makes this place welcoming and homey. We have had both brunch and dinner here and food quality does not decline. They are beer and wine only but do a few "mocktails" with Slo Gin and other substitutions. Ask your server and they can make suggestions based on items ordered. The lamb sandwich and conchita pibil are exquisite and should not be missed. My girlfriend loves the farm toast. This place is not overrun for brunch yet, so I would try my hand here if you are looking for an alternative to waiting in line during weekend brunch hours. They also take reservations!

You had me at spiked watermelon slushie! A little bit sad about Nombe being gone, but Myriad is pretty tasty. We got the chicken sammies (kind of small..), chicken liver mousse (good!), bacalaitos (salt-cod fritters, a bit small) and the farm toast (goat cheese, honey-sage roasted persimmons, pumpkin seeds, balsamic - really good!). Shared the lamb sandwich and the steak (perfectly cooked, not huge) and was too stuffed for dessert. For me, the piece de resistance was the watermelon slushie (read: dangerously delicious): a scoop of watermelon-mint sherbert drowning in prosecco that you can drink or scoop or stir up. YUM Definitely come by for drinks or with a bunch of friends to share a bunch of dishes!

Relatively easy to get reservation in the Mission. We had: - Deviled eggs (3/5) - Pretty ordinary - Chicken liver mousse (5/5) - Delicious combination of salty, sweet, and deep chicken liver flavor. - Pappardelle pasta (3/5) - Seemed to have potential but was devoid of salt, leaving it rather disappointing, unfortunately. - Lamb sandwich (4/5) - Nice lamb flavor that worked really well with the sweet jam inside. Came with a tasty side salad. Id absolutely come back for the chicken liver and lamb sandwich. Wish the draft beer list was a little better but definitely a good place to grab dinner.

Great food and service. Cant go wrong with any of the choices the offer. -- Comida latinoamericana con un toque californiano. Si eres de latinoamerica puedes encontrar comida muy similar en restaurantes típicos por un tercio del precio. Los tragos son excelentes y la atención fue increíble.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in SF. When trying to decide on a place to go for dinner or brunch, my boyfriend and I always seem to end up here. The food is always delicious and never disappoints. The staff is stellar! Theyre always super nice and accommodating. Weve been to other places near here where the staff was rude and horrible and the food was more expensive. This place is a gem AND they have $5 mimosas all day, everyday!

Our company went here for our holiday party. We started off with drinks - note that they dont have hard liquor so their drinks were made with wines, soju, liqueurs. That being said, they had a really tasty warm spiced cider that I enjoyed. We shared a bunch of the small plates, like the bone marrow and fall gratin which my colleagues enjoyed. The entree I got was a pasta dish with pork and it was delicious. Will be back!

Excellent food and service from Daniel. Deviled eggs are a light and tasty way to get things started. Not a fan of arugula but the market salad had enough going on to balance it out. Salmon cooked to perfection...wild too. Everything in the salmon dish was well executed. Impressed. Pappardelle was delicious too. Not over seasoned so you can really taste the pasta, pork and mushrooms.

Finally was in the area to check out this place. Loved everything! Loved the cider, loved the little bites. Our server was fantastic, and I like the atmosphere. I love how Mission became a casual hangout spot with wonderful dining options. But I hate the lines! We need MOAR restaurants! (entitled millennial speaking here)
