Made a 7 pm birthday reservation for 10. Our party arrived at 7 pm. And was told the table was not available. We assured the rude host that the manager accepted the reservation early in the day. The rude host told us we could have a table but it was not big enough for ten and stuck in a corner. When we said we asked for a table for 10 he said go and find one, and we did. When the food came out the waitress told us they were out of forks and knives. I have never heard of a restraunt running out of utensils.when we were ready for the cake the waitress said she was not aware of a cake. She disappeared and returned with the cake. Still in its package we opened it and put our own candles in. While we were eating our cake another birthday was going on at another table a few feet away. When the reservation was made the manager was alerted this was a birthday dinner. He had said no problem. Two of the waiters sang the Happy Birthday song to them, why not us? Our bill was almost 200.00 dollars. This was not small ticket. We made the best of a bad situation. I will say your food was very good, however, the service left much to be desired. The rudeness on your employees part as we entered your restraunt was awful, and not one of us would plan another celebration with you. Calling ahead of time and requesting a table for 10 seemed like a reasonable request. Please train some of your employees on proper customer etiquette. We felt very uncomfortable with this whole experience. It was embarrassing.

first time & the last will go there ! went on a date , my date picked up that place since they close late on Sunday night.she had a soda & I had a beer then she wanted calamari the waiter carlos said that they dont have it & offered fried shrimp instead so we got it with fries but it was way too oily & greasy, couldnt eat it.waiter kept bugging to see if we need to order anything else beside the appetizer! but my date wanted to leave so I asked him for the check so he came back with the check book so I opened it to see the amount then I put my debit card in it & gave it back to him in order to charge me.he opens it stares at me with a very weird look then he asks for my ID?! I was like what ??? I was sooooo embarrassed in front of my date because it was first time we meet ! I had to show him my ID then he took off to charge me the silly $17 then he came back with the check in order to sign it. that was way unprofessional & never happened to me never at all in my whole life at any restaurant !

Its very odd because I work across the street and often times I used to enjoy coming here. Its a very hit or miss with the quality of the food. Some days its really good and other days I feel bad for wasting my money. I remember the time I spent about $15 bucks on 10 littttlle pieces of "endless shrimp". My friend and I were pretty disappointed. Ive noticed that when I sit at the bar I get better service and better food. I dont really think I will come back after my last experience I would rather spend somewhere else.

Ive been coming here for years and Friday night was my best experience ever! Our waitress Tasj was super nice and provided outstanding service! There were other staff members as well that were very courteous and helpful. I will definitely be back because the food was great but the service was seriously amazing! I will always ask for the same waitress because she made our party feel very comfortable and the service she provided was hands down the best! Thank you Tasj!

I took my girlfriends family here for dinner and our experience wasnt the best. The service was slow and it took longer than expected for everyones order to come to the table - my girlfriends brother didnt get his sliders until after everyone else was served and had eaten most of their meal. This was our first time at this location so maybe this was an off day for them or perhaps they were short staffed, but Id like to believe this isnt typical.

Great Food...Outdoor eating area...Great Atmosphere--Esp at night...Friendly Staff..Top 40 hits playing throughout the restaurant..All walks of life come here--Upper class scenario...Food and drink prices are exceptionally due-able..A really fun place to hang out w plenty of parking--located between 2-3 banks and atms....Awesome location...Seen Ice Cube, Eric Dickerson , James Toney , Ect..

There is not one vegan item on the menu. Theres also no vegan or vegetarian menu. Theres an allergy menu, which just states what each plate has, but its the same plates as the regular menu. The waiter was nice and talked to the manager to see if there was any option. I just had a modified house salad with different vegetables, some nuts, and avocado, with a side of oil and vinegar.

I paid with $30 for a $25 dollar bill, and handed it to the waiter as normal, after waiting 30 minutes for my change he never returned so I never got a reciept or my change, so the waiter just decided he would steal my money as a tip. I was going to tip him I had a 10 ready but after realizing he steals his own tips I just left. Horrible. Did you guys just steal my money???

If you like lots of noise and cheering sports fans come here on weekends and enjoy huge TV screens and a large bar. If you come here during slow times when it is not crowded, like midweek around 4-5 pm the atmosphere is fairly quiet and enjoyable for non sports fans. Steak and lobster special was very good, I definitely recommend it.

The food was good but unfortunately the place is dirty, food and trash on the floor and the waiters just keep walking by and stepping on it, yuck! Plenty of people looking for jobs that could clean up, we told them about it and she asked if we wanted a hostess to clesn up like it was just for us smh... We will not be back.

Food is great but service sucks worst service ever took more that 15 mins to offer drinks never once did the waiter came and asked if we were ok or if we needed a refill had to ask one of the other waitresses to speak to a supervisor he was nice and took care of us I should have asked for names but I was to upset

New menu format sssssucks! Impossible to read and super annoying... Like going to a website and being attacked by pop-up ads. Tried the mobile site for the menu, and their mobile site sssssucks! Its slow, hard to use and missing a bunch of important info. Dear marketing department, youre fired.

This is my go-to hangout with the guys after work for a few cold ones. Its a typical TGIF atmosphere, but they did an extensive renovation and it looks great. I love the bartenders attentiveness and you cant go wrong with anything that has Jack Daniels sauce on it!

The restaurant service really stinks!!! We have walked out before because it was so bad. There was also a time when the waiter never checked on our refills. I had to walk to the bar to get more drinks...However, if you sit at the bar the service is outstanding!!!
