I love red lobster but after today I dont think I would ever eat at this particular location. So I just came to Sac cause I was shopping, and I was heading back home I was craving them, I was gonna wait til I got home but I said no Im already out here and theres one down the street from Arden. So as I got there it was pack the wait time was an hour and 45 mins but mind you they was telling people different times which was annoying. But I was already there so I said Ill wait. As I waited I got called within an hour. So the host that sat us down was very nice. As soon as the waiter came she was very nice as well but very SLOW. She was so worried about one particular table only and made sure they was well taken care of. So it took forever to get our drinks, as soon as she brought them we knew we had to ordered because we know she wasnt gonna stop by and check up on us. So she brought the salads, they were supposed to be a Caesar salad but all it take likewas lettuce, so that first got me heated but I let that go, then our food came but they forgot a side dish on both me and my friends meal, the guy that brought our food said he would be right back with our sides, 10 minutes pass he never came back. Mind you I havent seen my waiter since she dropped our dry salads. So I got so mad cause our waiter never stopped once after she gave us the salads to ask if we need any refills , she didnt do nothing. But mind you I havent ate anything off my plate cause I wanted my plate right. So finally I had to get up and find someone. I ran into which looks like he was the restaurant manager. I told him to take my plate I dont want it so he just took my plate and he never came back also lol he never asked me my concerns or anything which I thought was crazy but after that I was already to go. So finally our waiter comes and I tell her the issues Im having and can I just get the bill. All she does is laugh and say there very busy today, which I totally get it. But if you know your busy why not hire more people or make sure everyone is working on the most busy days , but besides that it just pissed me off cause she just kept laughing. So she gave me the check and it had the meal on it that I didnt eat and I told her to take it off and she said is that what the manager said like omg she was the most horrible waiter I ever had. I just wanted to leave cause I was soo hungry. So she come back with the manager who took my plate and I guess when he took my plate he ask someone to bring it back with all my sides and I never got it. So he tried to offer me a dessert I said hell no Im just trying to get outta here so I can get some food else where. Its crazy how I get better customer service at a hole in the wall . I just feel like they should have acknowledge their customers, and at least make sure they feel like they are in good hands. I just had to share my experience here.

We went there for lunch. The waitress was bright and cheerful. I wish I could remember her name to pay her a well earned compliment. We had a coupon that we combined with their lunch special for a great price on two meals. She asked if we were on a time constraint for lunch which was thoughtful as we had to get back to work. Food was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The portions were large. It was our first time there and learned about the endless supply of biscuits. Ok...these were really good so we ate a few and ended up taking home some of our lunch. She put our food in containers at the table and was careful to use utensils and not touch any of it. Nothing ticks me off more than a restaurant removing my food from the table to the kitchen for take home transfers. It wont happen. So, I loved that they dont do that here. The service was great. The food was great. Everyone was happy. The kind of service we received does not happen on accident. Well be going back.

If there is a NO star review, Id rate it NO star. I hated it. Weve been going to this RL on Howe for years and we always loved it until that day on 11/26 when I ordered food to go. I was sent to the Bar. There were 2 waitresses. Wait 1 took my order while Wait 2 gave me my order. Wait 2 saw that my tip was just a $1. I figured, the order was for one person and I was not served. So what is the problem with the buck tip? Right? Nope. In Wait 2s eyes that was a problem. She knows Ive been there for over 15 mins but bcoz she did not like my $1 tip and to piss me off some more, she delayed giving me my order. Instead of going to the kitchen, she answered 2 calls...the phone was not even ringing. The WORST PART...THE FOOD!!! THE SALAD WAS SALTY. SHE MUST ADDED A SPOONFUL OF SALT IN IT. THE BREAD WAS STALE; AS I ORDERED LOBSTER LINGUINE THE SAUCE HAS PARTICLES OF SOME SMALL TOOTH OF SOMTHING! GROSS! I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THE RL TO ORDER TO GO FOOD!!

Was at Red Lobster on Howe ave..we had a group of 4....we all ordered the endless SHRIMPS. ...IT WAS NOT OVERLY BUSY..WE GOT OUR SALADS,,10 MINUTES LATER WE GOT BREAD. .20 MINUTES LATER WE GOT OUR PLATES.......I ASKED FOR BUTTER FOR MY BAKED POTATO. ....MANAGER CAME BY AND ASKED IF WE NEED ANYTHING YES BUTTER PLEASE. ...AND MORE SHRIMP. ..WAITRESS COMES BY.....CAN I GET SOME BUTTER PLEASE,REFILL ON DRINKS AND MORE SHRIMP. ..OVER 40 MINUTES LATER STILL NO BUTTER...NO REFILL ON DRINKS,,NO SHRIMP. ..AFTER AN HOUR STILL NOTHING ...SO WE ASK FOR OUR CHECK....MANAGER SAYS IN SORRY..ILL GIVE YOU A DISCOUNT. .....WE NEVER GOT CHECK..WENT UP TO HOSTESS AND SAID WE WANT TO PAY OUR BILL....YES..MANAGER GAVE US A 20%..DICOUNT..... WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO HOWE AVE..RED LOBSTER........WE HAVE BEEN TWICE AND TWICE IT WAS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. ....... WE WILL GO TO THE SUNRISE LOCATION. .NEVER HAD A PROBLEM THERE

My son took my husband and I out for Father s Day. While we were waiting to be seated, we observed the bar manager, Amber (I think), take a lobster from the tank and let the kids, who were waiting, touch the lobster and she answered their questions. This went on for Abbott 20 minutes. Our server was Adrienne. She was fantastic! She was attentive, especially keeping our drinks filled. Adrienne was there with refills before e had time to ask. She was friendly and knew the answers to questions we had about the menu. We felt she was a great example of excellent customer service. The caprese salad was delicious, the cheesy biscuits were warm and delicious. The coconut shrimp was not overcooked. Thanks for a great experience Adrienne.
