Nice spot for a bite to eat in a historic building that has been renovated and upgraded in many ways. The bar is right as you walk in and they have added several glass panels to the floor to allow you to see the wine cellar in the basement. Lots of seating available both inside and on a large patio outside. We each had salads we thought might have been a bit over-priced, but the portions were large and the ingredients fresh and nicely presented. They beverage options are ample and the service was good. The booth we were in felt a bit cramped and it was a bit odd walking through the servers station and by the kitchen to get to the small restrooms in the back. I imagine this could get a bit crazy if you are there when they are busy. The servers were also regularly overheard debating who got what tables as they came in. Overall, a solid option, with some room for improvement. Will definitely try something other than salads the next time we are in.

Food is always really good especially the fish and chips and so are the mixed drinks, Bahama mama being my favorite. Their wine list is also impressive with plenty of selections. The drawbacks are some nights they have live music and its terrible also the service at times can be drastically different then other times depending on who is serving you. Ive had amazing service and other times just terrible Id say 7/10 good out of bad. The place has a great atmosphere and the outside area is very tranquil overall I definitely recommend it.

The actual restaurant is neat to come in and find yourself walking on glass. You would think it would brake but of course it wont. As you look down to the glass floor they have there wine downstairs. Theres outdoor seating as well. We have come here for different occasions and are always busy. They also have a bar in case you dont want to dine and you may sit and eat there too. Food is great. Its American style food and if you go with a big group I recommend you call in advance for reservation.

I have been here a few time while passing through Galt and have always been impressed by how much of a gem this place is. The burgers and sandwiches are a big and great tasting. I especially recommend the pastrami burger. The dinners, although just upscale classics, are very good. Great wine and beer options. Full bar. Awesome patio. What more needs to be said?

The food is fabulous!! Whether its prime rib, a Burger with Sweet Potato fries, or even Fish & Chips, everything is delicious!! And the Sampler platter was perfect for 4 ladies to split!! Topped off with a Birthday piece of Chocolate Mousse Pie. Portions too large to finish!! And the staff are attentive, courteous and friendly! Cant wait to come again!

I have been here at least 5 or more times trying to give it a chance, but its just tasteless and overpriced. I have tried various dishes and even was there for an 3 different events and the food is just bland. I seriously have tried to like it but no luck. Sorry. The service was ok. Nothing spectacular. Not impressed at all.

In the past I had come here and the food was okay, but definitely overpriced. It was closed for some time and had a change of ownership. I now love going here. The staff is friendly and the food Ive had is delicious. One particular Sunday I had an amazing brunch along with bottomless mimosas at a very fair price. Please visit!

My husband and I found this place by chance and luck when we were sick of the chain restaurants in our area. What a neat place! Nice atmosphere. Friendly and prompt service. My New York strip was perfectly cooked and had great flavor! My husband enjoyed his pasta. Strong drinks and a great steak, how could you go wrong?!

The food is DELICIOUS with large portions. The atmosphere is charming and the service is incredible!!! Food came out hot and tasty, orders were perfect and we had a large group of 25. I highly recommend Brewsters to anyone in the Galt area! Our group drove from Citrus Heights and couldnt be more thrilled.

Use to love it but came late one night before close and the owner got mad when we told him the food was horrible. It was not seasoned and told us the chicken was pre marinated. He sat there and argued with our complaint, very disrespectful. Horrible service by the OWNER and will never be coming back!

Amazing restaurant. Recently re opened by two brothers who have been running restaurants for over 30 years. Menu offers a broad selection of meat and pasta dishes. I had a Mediterranean salad that was beautifully prepared. Great wine selection. Very reasonable prices. Ill be back.

We moved here to Galt over a year ago. The best place in town for a great evening meal. Best chefs, best service and the owner is so friendly. We come here once a week for our date night. Love the atmosphere and location. Great food. A+ all the way.

The food is amazing and the mixed drinks are always good. Im pretty picky about my old fashioned and the bartender made it exactly the way I wanted it. Food is a bit pricey but is very good with large portions.

Great food and awesome drinks. The Bloody Marys are delicious. The service is pretty good as well. I usually bring visiting friends and family here for brunch.
