Have eaten here before and gotten pretty decent meals, but this time I got what looked and tasted like a scrapple burger. Meat was way overcooked and employees were too busy talking with each other to pay proper attention to the food preparation. This may have just been an off day, but I generally like my burgers medium rare to medium. Not going to happen here. Still, different strokes for different folks.

As far as burger chains go, this place is by far the best. Fries are very good too. The only place ive been to that does burgers and fries better is Official BBQ and Burgers in Harrisburg. That place rules! But as far as big chains go, you cant go wrong with five guys. They make a banging good burger and offer outstanding customer service.

The food is about the same as any Five Guys.. great, albeit greasy, burgers at a slightly steep price. But the employees bring this particular location to five stars. Always cheerful and friendly. They really make the experience for me. They treat you like an old friend

If you want a quick burger and great fries this is a good place. A little slower than your standard chain burger, but there is no comparison to the quality. This five guys is usually a little cleaner than most other locations and the staff is always friendly.

Last night was the FIRST time Ive ever been disappointed with Five Guys. We went to the mechanicsburg store and ordered bacon cheeseburgers and fries. I always ask that the fries be extra crispy (which has always meant they cook them a smidgen longer).

Always friendly, always fast. I order my food with the app pick the time I will be arriving. They are pro at timing burgers correctly. As per policy, fries arent started until you arrive, ensuring theyre fresh and hot. I love Five Guys in my mouth.

They have tasty burgers, plenty of fries (too many sometimes!), and peanuts. The only drawback is a little too greasy. YET this is an occasional treat-always very tasty.......and an oversupply/serving of fries! YUMMY!
