Went through the drive through to order some quick late night snack after work. Not really expecting much from Jack in the box I know.. but atleast with a little good customer service maybe it wouldnt be so bad. BUT no.. pull up first thing the lady says in the intercom "WHAT DO WANT?" No hello, no how are you tonight.. nothing.. so I respond with "How are you tonight?" .. waited about 30 seconds.. no response.. nobody else in line.. I had to ask again "hello?" .. she responds with "yeah, what do you want?!" In the most aggravated tone. I order two tacos.. unfortunately and after I order she said "Ill tell you your total at the window.." with a big sigh at the end. With nobody in line i expect fast service.. but I had to wait 10 minutes while i watch her talk her mouth off to whom ever is putting together my tacos.. finally got my food and honestly the best part of my night was leaving this poor excuse of a business.

You are not priority if you are a customer in the lobby! You will wait and wait and a worker or two will look at you, and you think they will help you but no! Waiting and waiting.... Finally get your order and your sandwich is wrong. Oh Lort! So you tell them, they take it and wait... Wait... Wait.. the person you came with is finishing up their last fries and you are still waiting... NOT RIGHT!

Unfriendly staff, consistently get orders wrong. Staff argued with me that Jacks Spicy Chicken comes with cheese. I pointed them to the menu and after they discovered I was right, my order was wrong did they apologize? NO! They owe me a couple of free meals for getting my last two orders wrong but I just wont go here anymore. There is a better Jack-In-The-Box further South on Watt Ave.

So honestly .. This jack in the box is my go2 place every time Im craving something, but the last two times I went, (including tonight) was horrible customer service. And Im not one to complain. I found a loooooong hair in one of my tacos and so I decided to have the other one and guess what I found in the other one?..... Totally grossed out

This location is usually fast, accurate with your order, and has both drive thru and dining room. The dining room features a multiple drink station with more than 100 flavors. Food isnt made until ordered and the dining area is kept clean.
