My first time ever eating at an Outback. Of course, the blooming onion was part of our order =). The first one they brought to us was burnt on most yet uncooked on one side in the center. No wonder the lighting is kept so low you can barely see your hand in front of your face.The second one was golden brown but way too greasy. My sons fries were floppy, almost soggy. His sandwich was good but they shouldnt have cooked/drenched it in Au jus, especially since they serve it with a side of it. It was overkill. My pork chop was cooked perfectly (the one bright spot). Was excellent with the side of marmalade. The potatoes were ok, not much garlic flavor. The vegetables (steamed) were undercooked and still way to tough. We were seated quickly and the server was attentive. WAY OVER ATTENTIVE. Nothing like being questioned, multiple times, how your order is while you have a mouth full of food. The onion is way over-priced at $10 and so was the glass of lemonade at $3 a glass. All in all, will never go back to that one. If they are all alike, will not be going to any others either.

My family went in at 5:15 pm on Saturday April 11th for my birthday. 8 people total and they wouldnt seat us. Hardly anyone in the restaurant and they tried to put us in a corner with a round table and a square table shoved together. No one could fit into the seats in the corner. Too close to the wall and the neighboring table. We asked for another spot. They were unwilling to relocate us, even though the place was over half empty. We walked out and went to Chilis next door. On the way out I asked the hostess if they were really going to let 8 people walk out instead of giving us a comfortable place to sit. She said there was nothing they were willing to do for us. They had a party of 12 coming in at 6:30 (an hour and 15 minutes later) and they were using the ONLY place in the whole restaurant that we could sit! Really? Dont bother with this place - we never will again.

I forgot how much I didnt enjoy this retaurant until we went last night. It was the Birthday Girls request to eat there so we brought her. Menu in small print with poor lighting made it impossible to read. I should have stopped while I was ahead. Mai Tai was horrible and maybe 4oz of sweet liquid with the rest ice and no rum float. Rib Eye was overcooked and flavorless. How does one manage to remove the flavor from a Rib Eye? Also, how do you grill a steak and not leave grill marks on the meat? I could have sworn it was broiled. The baked potato had a nice salty crust on it. Should have rubbed it on the steak.

It was a slow night, however it took 2 hours out of our lives. Slow, Slow, Slow. The food was severed cold, and looked and tasted like left overs the night before. THE CHILDRENS MENU IS HYPERCRITICAL. IF YOU ORDER MAC AND CHEESE YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A SIDE DISH OF VEGIES OR FRUIT." NOT A BALANCE MEAL". HOWEVER IF YOU ORDER MEAT THEN YOU DO HAVE A CHOICE, BUT OUR FOOD SERVER MADE THAT CHOICE FOR US.... FOOD PRESENTATION NEEDS SERIOUS HELP IT WAS DOA If I wanted to eat left overs I would have eaten at home.

We arrived early dinner hour right around 4:30 the server was very prompt, took our order, I love the bread there was one little hiccup with one half of our ticket getting lost in the kitchen somehow, but they were so quick to take care of it that we didnt even really notice the service was awesome I believe we tipped about 40% because it was just so good and they handled that little tiny hiccup so well, steak the food is amazing best steamed vegetables anywhere, everything tastes Super Fresh

Food was good but the service sucked.. I called ahead of time and made reservations and we still had to wait 25 minutes. Then they forgot my salad and my husbands soup that was a side to our expensive dinner so we asked the server about them stating that I no longer want the salad since Im already eatting my steak ..brings my husband his soup in a to go container that only had two spoons full of soup and did not offer any compensation or replacement for my salad!

My husband and I were seated for 15 mins and no one came by. We were sat in the bar area at a booth - the server must have been swamped, but the bartender had zero guests and could have helped. Also, there were about 3 hostesses/servers at the host stand that clearly could have helped too if they were paying attention. Teamwork definitely lacking. We went to Chilis instead and had excellent service.

This place consistently has poor service and poorly prepared food. The rare is well done the medium it almost beef jerky and the well done is probably straight carbon. The servers dont seem to know what is going and give misinformation about offers and menu choices frequently. I like outback but this location needs to majorly change its poor service

Took forever to get our shrimp ,so long we cancelled our order. Took even longer for the meal to arrive. Food was actually good but waiter was often missing requests for water for children. Brought dinner for 4 of the 6 people at the table and had to be asked where the order for the other 2 people was. Should not have left a tip, but we did.

I ordered a salad with ranch. The server never told me that the ranch was a spicy ranch. My mouth was on fire by the 2nd bite. Milk makes me sick when i drink it by itself & i had to order it to cut the heat in my mouth. It made me sick faster than i thought and i spend the rest of my time there vomiting in the bathroom. I will never go back

Love this place. I travel over an hour to come here when I get the craving. Their dinner bread is the best and I love the small personal loaf you get. The steaks are constantly cooked to my perfect liking every time. Staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely will come back again...and again!

I wold like to express my interest in this establishment, I and my wife was comfort that our waitrest was delightful. The wait time was responsible and our food was cook to our specification. I will be advocating to my family and friends to give Outback Steakhouse a place for their meals.

Delicious food. Im even a vegetarian abut had the salad, soup and baked potato. Plenty to eat and very tasty. Waitress good until we got our food and then she didnt come back until the end of the meal with the check; could have used the horseradish my husband asked for, but it was okay.

Im giving them a two only because the customer service was excellent. The food was cold and tasted totally bland. We ordered the Filet mignon and a lobster tail dinner for $28.99. Food was cold and the steak had no flavor it was very disappointing. I wont be going back anytime soon!

Very disappointed with food selection on menu. Most restaurants will offer 2 sides with most dishes, but Outback does not offer Soup or salad with most of the main entrees. Its just meat with one side. You will have to pay extra for a salad or veggies. Not a fan.
