Tomorrow is my birthday, and we wanted to use a coupon we have to go out for breakfast. I noticed some specials on the flyer page where the coupon was, and wanted to call first to see if the coupon could be used for the specials mentioned. Needless to say, they NEVER answer their phone. Didnt want to drive all the way there to find out and be disappointed. FINALLY after fifteen minutes somebody answered the phone, and right after asking my question, they HUNG UP! Guess we will go somewhere else for my birthday breakfast, where the customers are put first!

With a chain like this you cant expect much. They serve beer until 2am+. They are waaaaay better than Dennys. We arent rating them against 5 star establishments we are rating them against restaurants of their own type. Selection of food is wide but not overly zealous. They are consistent. Service is good. The restaurant is impeccably clean, as should all chains like this (Dennys, what the hell) I choose Carrows over Dennys any day. Applebees doesnt have my breakfast food I want late at night. In Santa Rosa there are only these 2. Dennys get a 2 btw

A group of us go there every Wednesday night. We are treated very well. Service is friendly, food is good. Although we are a little loud since there are generally between 5 and 9 people and we always ask for Separate Checks our server never makes us feel like we are imposing on her. The night manager is great. Hell come out and check on us to see how things are going. It is a very welcoming environment.

This is one of our favorite places to walk to, its in our neighborhood. The staff are always nice and efficient. The food is reliable yummy and there are plenty of options, including a 55+ menu. Its a great stop for pie and coffee!

This place is on the same level as Dennys; cheap food, not a lot of care put into it. Coffee tasted like it was made with table water and the service was slow. There are plenty of diners in Santa Rosa that are worthier of your time.

Service is way too slow they offered me something to drink but then they forgot about me I asked for a coffee refill and only took 20 or so minutes to get it, bathrooms were dirty Totally disappointed

Good service here is always hit or miss. The food is usually great and kids eat free once a week. 5 star prime rib. Great place for a family meal or after a night out- theyre open 24/7 :-)
