Tucked into a busy industrial area in the canal is this fun little place. There may be a wait during the weekend as this is a small place with a good reputation. The menu is excellent with a variety of choices and specials. The service has always been relatively quick. These are the highlights, but after 10+ visits the quality of the food is good, not great. And the prices, which are high for a breakfast place, reflect the supply/demand of the space within the restaurant rather than the tastiness of the food. Ive had omelettes, eggs, French toast... again, all were good but not "wow". Bring cash, no credit cards allowed which is a major issue if you didnt know that up front given the prices.

I asked for over easy eggs. I received over medium. I was not notified of no credit cards allowed Overpriced. Just the side of salsa is $1 for a small cup of low flavor costco packaged salsa. The only food that was good was the meat, portions are low and flavor is low while cost is difficult. No name on waiter, waiter did not ask for my name. When waiter checked on me she said it while already walking away. No smiles, random yelling to cooks. Other customers attempted to start conversations with waiters, pretty much ignored.

I love this place. Try the soup. Its homemade. No condensed crap from a can here. Try the jellies and jams. Theyre homemade. No Welchs high fructose corn syrup slop here. Muffins? Yep. You guessed it. The food is AMAZING. The service is friendly and always served with a smile. This is about our 8th time here and I just found out that they deliver. I may never cook again.

Absolutely fantastic breakfast spot with bakery treats that are as sinful as they are delightful! You cant go wrong with any breakfast dish (all Ive had), if you decide on the burrito, bring a hefty appetite or a friend! Fast and friendly is the name of the game here! Delicious is the only way they know how to serve it!! Highly recommend an almond croissant for the road!!

Best breakfast in Marin !!! Love the egg Benedict and French toast, harsh Browns, coffee and sandwiches.Awesome service and just amazing delicious food. I was brought to the restaurant by a friend who used to go there as a child with her mom and I instantly felt in love :) Ive been enjoying their food since 2002.

Tables are sticky as soon as you sit down. We have been coming here for awhile now. The staff is friendly. Wont be coming back though after becoming violently sick from food poisoning. Dont touch the fermening jams and jellys on the tables. Dont use the creamer pots.

This is a lovely local gem, I work nearby, and I eat there often. The food is always fresh, top quality, tasty, creative (kudos to Chef Jose) and generous portions. The staff are dynamic, friendly and take care of you! Its my go to for breakfast and lunch.

Quaint restaurant in San Rafael for a quick breakfast or lunch. Its diner-style but a little bit nicer. There are a lot of menu options and they serve breakfast all day. They have an outdoor patio which is wonderful on sunny days.

Cramped but homey, greasy but wonderfully delicious. Its comfort food at its best. The breakfast burrito is a serious commitment so be warned. I tried their almond crossaint this visit, and now is a new favorite.
